【摘要】: 不管我們以何種視角解讀當(dāng)代中國(guó),其正邁向公民社會(huì)的事實(shí)已然構(gòu)成了我們研究理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)的社會(huì)場(chǎng)景。全球生活的平坦化將中國(guó)公民的成長(zhǎng)置于更為廣闊的宏觀背景中,現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中逐步深入的市場(chǎng)化生存方式為中國(guó)特色公民意識(shí)的孕育準(zhǔn)備了最基本也是最重要的制度供給,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型帶來(lái)的精神價(jià)值空間的變遷與公民倫理訴求,為培育有中國(guó)特色的公民意識(shí)提供了充分的文化養(yǎng)料;诖,各學(xué)科對(duì)公民意識(shí)產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣,開(kāi)展了卓有成效的研究。 將公民意識(shí)置于政治倫理的視域中加以研究,既有利于剖析公民意識(shí)本身的倫理特質(zhì),也有利于從觀念到行動(dòng)來(lái)解決公民意識(shí)養(yǎng)成過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的倫理問(wèn)題。公民意識(shí)作為一種觀念形態(tài),最基本的內(nèi)涵就是公民對(duì)國(guó)家及其關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)與確證。因此,自由主義和共和主義構(gòu)成了本文審視公民意識(shí)的兩大倫理視域,前者以個(gè)體價(jià)值立論,重視權(quán)利與自由;后者著眼于群體價(jià)值,重視公共善的達(dá)成。由于價(jià)值取向的差異與方法邏輯的不同,兩者在公民意識(shí)的養(yǎng)成路徑上出現(xiàn)明顯的分歧。 無(wú)論是自由主義還是共和主義的公民意識(shí),若直接移植到中國(guó)可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致種種不適;诹_爾斯的“平衡反思”理論,筆者從“現(xiàn)實(shí)的個(gè)人”出發(fā),立足于當(dāng)前實(shí)際,試圖融合兩大視域中的公民意識(shí),對(duì)公民意識(shí)進(jìn)行了倫理建構(gòu):權(quán)責(zé)平衡、公眾參與、商談對(duì)話,這三者相輔相成,共同組成了公民意識(shí)的倫理脈絡(luò)。以此來(lái)審視當(dāng)代公民意識(shí)中的缺位與錯(cuò)位,塑造有中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的公民意識(shí),從包括公民教育、公民文化、公民實(shí)踐在內(nèi)的整個(gè)公民生活體系出發(fā),從觀念到行動(dòng)培養(yǎng)成熟理性的現(xiàn)代公民,將成為現(xiàn)代中國(guó)不斷走向和諧的時(shí)代課題與歷史使命。
[Abstract]:No matter what perspective we use to interpret contemporary China, the fact that it is moving towards civil society has already constituted the social scene in which we study theory and reality.The flatness of global life puts the growth of Chinese citizens in a broader macro background. The progressive market-oriented way of survival in the process of modernization prepares the most basic and important institutional supply for the gestation of civic consciousness with Chinese characteristics.The changes of the spiritual value space and the ethical demands of the citizens brought by the social transformation provide sufficient cultural nourishment for the cultivation of the citizen consciousness with Chinese characteristics.Based on this, various disciplines have a strong interest in civic awareness, carried out fruitful research.The study of citizen consciousness from the perspective of political ethics is not only conducive to analyzing the ethical characteristics of citizen consciousness itself, but also conducive to solving the ethical problems in the process of developing citizen consciousness from concept to action.As a form of ideology, the most basic connotation of citizenship is the citizens' understanding and confirmation of the state and its relations.Therefore, liberalism and republicanism constitute two ethical horizons in which this paper examines the civic consciousness. The former focuses on individual values, attaches importance to rights and freedoms, and the latter focuses on group values and the achievement of public good.Because of the difference of value orientation and method logic, there are obvious differences in the path of civic consciousness.Whether liberal or Republican citizenship, if transplanted directly to China may lead to a variety of discomfort.Based on Rawls' theory of "balance reflection", the author starts from the "realistic individual", based on the current reality, tries to integrate the civic consciousness in the two horizons, and constructs the civic consciousness: balance of power and responsibility, public participation, and so on.Negotiation and dialogue, these three complement each other, together constitute the ethical context of civic consciousness.In this way, we should examine the vacancy and dislocation in the contemporary citizen consciousness, mold the citizen consciousness of socialism with Chinese characteristics, proceed from the whole citizen life system, including citizen education, citizen culture, citizen practice, etc.From concept to action, cultivating mature and rational modern citizens will become the subject and historical mission of modern China.
