【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代多元社會(huì),不同政治派別、群體持有不同的廣包學(xué)說(shuō),共存于一個(gè)社會(huì),其穩(wěn)定性的基礎(chǔ)是建立在公共理性上的超越具體善觀念的重疊共識(shí)。阿克曼認(rèn)為,達(dá)成共識(shí)的必要方式是政治對(duì)話,通過(guò)對(duì)話求同存異,以證成權(quán)力的合法性,解決共同生存的問(wèn)題。對(duì)話的根本要求是超越各方所信奉的道德真理和價(jià)值的中立性,因而需要避免直覺(jué)主義和內(nèi)心獨(dú)白式的思維方式,還要防止預(yù)設(shè)一種所有人都認(rèn)為是最重要的價(jià)值來(lái)壓倒對(duì)手的"優(yōu)勝策略",和要求把不同觀點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)換成一個(gè)經(jīng)過(guò)特別處理的評(píng)估框架的"轉(zhuǎn)換策略"。約束對(duì)話的原則是合理性、一致性和中立性,通過(guò)以理服人和邏輯自洽來(lái)說(shuō)明自己在分配資源上的正當(dāng)性。對(duì)話的中立性并不意味著無(wú)是非觀的道德相對(duì)主義,而是體現(xiàn)了正當(dāng)對(duì)善的優(yōu)先性,而各方共同持有的正當(dāng)性觀念才是對(duì)話得以開(kāi)展的根本保障。中立的政治對(duì)話的原則不僅適用于國(guó)家和社群內(nèi)部,也適用于國(guó)際社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:In a modern pluralistic society, where different political factions and groups hold different broad doctrines and coexist in one society, its stability is based on an overlapping consensus based on public rationality that transcends concrete concepts of good. The necessary way to reach consensus is through political dialogue, seeking common ground while reserving differences, in order to prove the legitimacy of power and to resolve the problem of co-existence. The fundamental requirement of dialogue is to transcend the neutrality of moral truth and values that all parties believe in, Therefore, we need to avoid intuitionism and inner monologue. It also prevents the presupposition of a "winning strategy" that is considered by all to be the most important value to outweigh an opponent, and a "transition strategy" that requires the conversion of different views into a specially treated evaluation framework. The principle of constraining dialogue is reasonable. Consistency and neutrality justify one's allocation of resources through reasoning and logical self-consistency. The neutrality of dialogue does not mean moral relativism without merit, but reflects the primacy of justice over good. The principle of neutral political dialogue applies not only to countries and communities, but also to the international community.
