【摘要】：權威是一個集體能夠有序進行社會活動的保障,中國共產(chǎn)黨是中國各項事業(yè)的領導者,在歷經(jīng)長期的斗爭和改革之中,中國共產(chǎn)黨建立起自己的合法性的政治權威,但隨著現(xiàn)代化建設的不斷全面深入,各項事業(yè)面臨挑戰(zhàn)和機遇,政府權威也面臨著挑戰(zhàn),政府權威弱化現(xiàn)象越來越嚴重凸顯在我們的面前,挑戰(zhàn)著政府權威的合法性,這不得不引起我們對權威及政府權威這個問題的重視和重新研究,馬克思主義的權威觀是我們研究權威的一個理論前提,因此本文基于恩格斯《論權威》的思想內(nèi)容之上,對權威問題進行探討研究,分析了權威的發(fā)展、權威的本質(zhì)、政府權威合法性的基礎等,聯(lián)系中國政府面臨的現(xiàn)實權威問題,從政府自身轉(zhuǎn)型與建設、公民參與度等方面構建了一系列理論預設。 文章分為五個部分： 第一部分為緒論,重點分析了本文的研究依據(jù)及意義、研究綜述、研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處； 第二部分是關于《論權威》的創(chuàng)作背景,本文主要從現(xiàn)實社會背景、理論背景、直接原因三個方面對此進行了論述； 第三部分是《論權威》的思想內(nèi)容解讀,分析了權威的本質(zhì)、權威的產(chǎn)生、權威與自治的關系以及革命是最權威的東西,并在這部分對一些學者認為恩格斯的“權威”是狹隘的權威進行了反駁論證； 第四部分是中國現(xiàn)代政府權威現(xiàn)狀分析和理論預設,探索了中國政府權威的合法性根源、政府權威弱化的現(xiàn)象及原因,以及在此基礎提出的政府權威重塑的理論預設； 第五部分是本文的結語部分,是對中國政府權威重塑的期望和信心。
[Abstract]:Authority is the guarantee that a collective can carry out social activities in an orderly manner. The Communist Party of China is the leader of various undertakings in China. After a long period of struggle and reform, the Communist Party of China has established its own political authority of legitimacy. However, with the continuous deepening of modernization, various undertakings are facing challenges and opportunities, and government authority is also facing challenges. The weakening of government authority is becoming more and more serious in front of us, challenging the legitimacy of government authority. This has to arouse our attention and re-study on the issue of authority and government authority. The Marxist view of authority is a theoretical prerequisite for us to study authority. Therefore, this paper is based on Engels' ideological content of "on authority". This paper discusses and studies the issue of authority, analyzes the development of authority, the essence of authority, the basis of legitimacy of government authority, and so on, connecting with the realistic authority problems faced by the Chinese government, from the transformation and construction of the government itself. A series of theoretical presuppositions are constructed in respect of citizen participation. The article is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction, focusing on the analysis of the research basis and significance of this article, research review, research methods and innovations; The second part is about the creation background of "on authority", this article mainly from the reality society background, the theory background, the direct reason three aspects has carried on the elaboration to this; The third part analyzes the essence of authority, the emergence of authority, the relationship between authority and autonomy, and revolution is the most authoritative thing. In this part, some scholars argue that Engels'"authority" is a narrow authority. The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo and theoretical presupposition of Chinese modern government authority, explores the legitimacy of Chinese government authority, the phenomenon and reasons of the weakening of government authority, and puts forward the theoretical presupposition of government authority remodeling on this basis. The fifth part is the conclusion of this article, which is the expectation and confidence of the Chinese government authority remoulding.
