【摘要】：正拉斯韋爾對精英理論的深刻論證使他成為當(dāng)代最重要的精英論者。隨著當(dāng)代精英民主理論的進(jìn)一步研究,西方學(xué)界在重視政治精英在社會關(guān)系中的地位和作用的同時(shí),也注意到了其他社會精英以及公民等社會關(guān)系主體的重要地位和影響力。本文試圖在拉斯韋爾的精英理論基礎(chǔ)之上,即將精英理論中的主體、精英慣用的方法、機(jī)制和形式統(tǒng)一到天平之中,構(gòu)建精英互動(dòng)天平模型,以精英互動(dòng)天平模型運(yùn)行基礎(chǔ)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、運(yùn)行方式及結(jié)果為層次框架分析西方精英的互動(dòng)及其結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Rasswell's profound argumentation of elitist theory makes him the most important contemporary elitism. With the further study of contemporary elite democratic theory, Western scholars attach importance to the status and role of political elites in social relations. We have also noticed the important position and influence of other social elites and other social subjects, such as citizens. This paper attempts to build on Raswell's elite theory, that is, the main body in elite theory, the elite customary method, The mechanism and form are unified into the balance, and the elite interactive balance model is constructed. The operation basis, operating mechanism, operation mode and results of the elite interactive balance model are taken as the hierarchical framework to analyze the interaction and results of the western elite.
