【摘要】：共產(chǎn)主義是一種未來的理想的國家制度。國家制度價值標準是共產(chǎn)主義制度科學(xué)假設(shè)的價值標準,人性和社會發(fā)展規(guī)律是共產(chǎn)主義制度科學(xué)假設(shè)的雙重價值實體。共產(chǎn)主義社會是消除了階級和剝削,因而符合公正和平等以及人道和自由等國家制度價值標準的理想社會。共產(chǎn)主義經(jīng)濟制度除了具有公認的公有制和高度發(fā)達的生產(chǎn)力特征之外,還具有兩個特征,即按勞分配和市場經(jīng)濟。按勞分配在共產(chǎn)主義社會不但是公正的分配原則,而且是唯一道德的、善的、應(yīng)該的分配原則,因而也就是共產(chǎn)主義社會最高級最美好的分配原則,是一切以利益為基礎(chǔ)的社會的最高級最美好的分配原則。因為共產(chǎn)主義乃是人類最美好最理想的社會,是完全符合國家制度價值標準的社會,因此,共產(chǎn)主義的經(jīng)濟形態(tài),無疑是人道的自由的公正的經(jīng)濟形態(tài),在這種經(jīng)濟形態(tài)中,每個人都平等享有經(jīng)濟自由和經(jīng)濟公正權(quán)利。這種共產(chǎn)主義社會的經(jīng)濟形態(tài)決非計劃經(jīng)濟,而必定是市場經(jīng)濟;決非政府管制的市場經(jīng)濟,而必定是完全由市場調(diào)節(jié)的自由競爭的市場經(jīng)濟,是有政府規(guī)范而沒有政府管制的市場經(jīng)濟。唯獨沒有政府管制的民主的公有制市場經(jīng)濟,才是真正自由和公正的市場經(jīng)濟,才是真正符合經(jīng)濟自由和經(jīng)濟公正等國家制度價值標準的理想經(jīng)濟形態(tài):沒有政府管制——但有政府規(guī)范——的公有制市場經(jīng)濟制度就是共產(chǎn)主義社會的經(jīng)濟制度。
[Abstract]:Communism is an ideal state system in the future. The value standard of the state system is the value standard of the scientific hypothesis of the communist system. The law of human nature and social development is the dual value entity of the scientific hypothesis of the communist system. Thus, an ideal society that meets the criteria of justice and equality and the values of national systems such as humanity and freedom. In addition to the recognized characteristics of public ownership and highly developed productive forces, the communist economic system also has two characteristics. That is, distribution according to work and market economy. Distribution according to work in communist society is not only a principle of fair distribution, but also a principle of distribution that is the only moral, good, and should be distributed, and thus the highest and most beautiful principle of distribution in communist society. Is the highest and most beautiful principle of distribution in any society based on interest. For communism is the best and most ideal society for mankind, a society that fully meets the values of the national system, and therefore the economic form of communism, It is undoubtedly a humane and free and just economic form, in which everyone enjoys equal rights of economic freedom and economic justice. The economic form of this communist society is definitely not a planned economy, but a market economy; The market economy, which is by no means controlled by the government, must be a market economy of free competition which is completely regulated by the market. It is a market economy with government norms but no government regulation. Only a democratic public market economy without government regulation. Is a truly free and fair market economy, It is the ideal economic form that conforms to the value standard of national system such as economic freedom and economic justice: the public ownership market economy system without government regulation-but with government norm-is the economic system of communist society.
