【摘要】：陳云的廉政建設(shè)思想,是指陳云在中國革命和建設(shè)的過程中,在吸收古今中外的優(yōu)秀廉政思想基礎(chǔ)上,把馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的反腐理論與中國具體實(shí)際相結(jié)合所形成的一系列觀點(diǎn)和思想,這是對馬克思主義廉政思想的創(chuàng)新,是中國共產(chǎn)黨集體智慧的結(jié)晶,深入學(xué)習(xí)陳云的廉政建設(shè)思想,不僅為當(dāng)時的腐敗問題提供了解決之法,而且對當(dāng)今的廉政建設(shè)也有重要價值。本文圍繞陳云的廉政建設(shè)思想,共分四章進(jìn)行闡述。 第一章：探索陳云廉政建設(shè)思想的形成,包括陳云廉政建設(shè)思想形成的歷史依據(jù)、陳云廉政建設(shè)思想形成的理論依據(jù)和陳云廉政建設(shè)思想形成的實(shí)踐過程。這些內(nèi)容成為本課題研究的前提。 第二章：闡述了陳云廉政建設(shè)思想的內(nèi)容,包括加強(qiáng)執(zhí)政黨干部的廉政思想教育、重視廉政監(jiān)督的制度機(jī)制建設(shè)、完善依法治權(quán)的廉政措施三個部分,這是本課題研究的重點(diǎn)。 第三章：分析了陳云廉政建設(shè)思想的理論特色。陳云的廉政建設(shè)思想具有繼承與發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新性、切中時弊的時代性、科學(xué)務(wù)實(shí)的辯證性這三個特色,成為本課題研究的特色。 第四章：總結(jié)了陳云廉政建設(shè)思想的當(dāng)代價值。陳云廉政建設(shè)思想對當(dāng)今社會的重要啟示：一是堅(jiān)定黨員干部立場,提高黨員自身修養(yǎng)；二是深化體制改革,完善制度反腐；三是樹立群眾思想,牢記為民服務(wù)宗旨。這一章是本課題研究的意義。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun's idea of building a clean and honest government means that in the course of the Chinese revolution and construction, on the basis of absorbing the excellent clean and honest thinking of ancient, modern and foreign countries, A series of viewpoints and ideas formed by combining the anti-corruption theory of Marxist classic writers with the concrete reality of China are the innovation of Marxist ideology of clean government and the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China. Studying Chen Yun's thought of building a clean government not only provides a way to solve the problem of corruption at that time, but also has important value to the construction of clean government today. Chapter one: to explore the formation of Chen Yun's thought of building a clean government, including the historical basis for the formation of the thought of building a clean government by Chen Yun. The theoretical basis of the formation of Chen Yun's thought of building a clean government and the practical process of the formation of Chen Yun's thought of building a clean government become the premise of this subject. The second chapter expounds the contents of Chen Yun's thought of building a clean government, including strengthening the ideological education of the ruling party cadres, attaching importance to the construction of the system and mechanism of clean administration supervision, and perfecting the clean government measures for administering the power according to law. This is the focus of this research. The third chapter analyzes the theoretical characteristics of Chen Yun's thought of building a clean government, which has three characteristics: inheriting and developing innovatively, dealing with the times and disadvantages, and scientific and pragmatic dialectics, which become the characteristics of this research. Chapter 4th: summarizes the contemporary value of Chen Yun's thought of building a clean and honest government. The important enlightenment of the thought of building a clean government by Chen Yun is as follows: first, strengthening the position of party members and cadres, improving the self-cultivation of party members; second, deepening the reform of the system and perfecting the system against corruption; Third, set up the mass thought and keep in mind the aim of serving the people. This chapter is the significance of this research.
