【摘要】：社會(huì)資本理論是新興于上世紀(jì)八十年代的一種嶄新的解釋方式,是介于政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和管理學(xué)等學(xué)科的交叉學(xué)科。社會(huì)資本理論這種全新的解釋范式的產(chǎn)生,為學(xué)術(shù)界提供了一個(gè)嶄新的分析工具。回溯社會(huì)資本理論的產(chǎn)生緣起可以幫助我們更好地利用社會(huì)資本分析工具。本文從社會(huì)主要矛盾的轉(zhuǎn)移、價(jià)值觀調(diào)節(jié)方式困境、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的政府與市場(chǎng)失靈、道德缺失與信任危機(jī)等方面力求對(duì)社會(huì)資本理論的出場(chǎng)做出全方位的解釋。 從多個(gè)維度進(jìn)行綜合研究具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文中力圖從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)的視角對(duì)社會(huì)資本的內(nèi)涵、定義和功能進(jìn)行全面的研究與透視分析,從而使社會(huì)資本理論從平面的一維理論成為立體的生動(dòng)的多維體系。 我國(guó)所要建設(shè)的和諧社會(huì)是人與自然、人與人、人與社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的理想社會(huì)狀態(tài)。社會(huì)資本理論倡導(dǎo)的和諧人際關(guān)系,正是和諧社會(huì)的必然要求。我國(guó)的社會(huì)資本存量中受傳統(tǒng)封建思想影響的關(guān)系本位與西方拜金主義鼓吹的金錢(qián)本位是我們目前譜寫(xiě)和諧社會(huì)樂(lè)章中的不和諧之音。探求社會(huì)資本培育路徑,消除不和諧之音才能加快和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)進(jìn)程。 在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的過(guò)程中,社會(huì)資本所倡導(dǎo)的信任與合作無(wú)疑可以喚起人們的強(qiáng)大凝聚力和向心力。因此,培育良好的社會(huì)資本有利于加快社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)進(jìn)程。在本文中,主要從堅(jiān)持互惠原則,實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕、健全有效機(jī)制,打破合作障礙以及倡導(dǎo)信任風(fēng)尚,弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義榮辱觀入手,力圖從這些源自社會(huì)資本理論的啟示中得到對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)有益的推動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The theory of social capital is a new way of interpretation, which was developed in -20s. It is an interdisciplinary discipline between the subjects of politics, sociology, economics and management. It provides a new analytical tool for academic circles. The origin of the theory of social capital can help us make better use of social capital analysis tools. In the market economy, the failure of the government and the market, the lack of morality and the crisis of trust strive to make a comprehensive explanation of the emergence of social capital theory. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct a comprehensive study on social capital from the perspectives of economics, political science and sociology. This paper tries to make a comprehensive research and perspective analysis on the connotation, definition and function of social capital from the perspective of economics, politics and sociology. So that the theory of social capital from the plane of one-dimensional theory into a three-dimensional vivid multi-dimensional system. The harmonious society to be built in our country is the ideal social state of the harmonious development of man and nature, man and man, man and society, and the harmonious interpersonal relationship advocated by the theory of social capital. It is the inevitable requirement of the harmonious society. The relation standard influenced by the traditional feudal thought in the stock of social capital in our country and the money standard advocated by the western money worship are the disharmonious sound in the movement of the harmonious society that we compose at present. To explore the path of social capital cultivation, Only by eliminating disharmony can we speed up the process of building a harmonious society. In the process of building a harmonious socialist society, the trust and cooperation advocated by social capital can undoubtedly arouse people's strong cohesion and centripetal force. Fostering good social capital is conducive to speeding up the process of building a harmonious socialist society. In this paper, we mainly focus on upholding the principle of reciprocity, realizing common prosperity, perfecting effective mechanisms, breaking down barriers to cooperation and advocating a style of trust. Starting with carrying forward the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, the author tries to get the beneficial impetus to the construction of a harmonious society from the enlightenment from the theory of social capital.
