【摘要】：如何應對價值沖突撕毀共識的問題,政治哲學已經(jīng)提供諸多解決思路,其中最有影響的是羅爾斯的重疊共識。但是在羅爾斯的作品中,重疊共識蘊含著兩種可能的解讀路徑,一種是康德主義的,另一是非康德主義的。依循第一種路徑,共識的達成是通過收縮共識焦點的范圍,因而它會不夠恰當?shù)靥幚頉_突性價值。依循第二種路徑,達成共識的主要方式不是收縮而是拓展共識焦點的范圍,因而它所達成的共識是持有沖突性價值的主體基于學習和理解而生成的交互共識。
[Abstract]:Political philosophy has provided many solutions to the problem of how to deal with the conflict of values tearing up consensus, among which the most influential one is Rawls' overlapping consensus. But in Rawls' works, overlapping consensus contains two possible ways of interpretation. One is Kantian, the other is non-Kantian. Follow the first path, the consensus is reached by shrinking the scope of consensus focus, so it will not properly deal with conflicting values. Follow the second path. The main way to reach consensus is not to shrink but to expand the scope of consensus, so the consensus it reaches is an interactive consensus based on learning and understanding.
