【摘要】：劉少奇的民主思想對(duì)新中國(guó)成立以后的歷史產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響,是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的理論基石。劉少奇在推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國(guó)化的歷史進(jìn)程中,對(duì)中國(guó)的民主政治建設(shè)進(jìn)行了艱辛探索,見(jiàn)解深刻,思想極具特色,并且從根本上確立了人民當(dāng)家作主的核心價(jià)值,奠定了新中國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。劉少奇的民主思想是馬克思主義民主理論與中國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主建設(shè)實(shí)際相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,代表了當(dāng)時(shí)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)民主問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)水平。歷經(jīng)實(shí)踐的檢驗(yàn),劉少奇的民主思想在今天更顯得彌足珍貴,時(shí)代價(jià)值尤為明顯,值得我們?nèi)ド钊爰?xì)致研究。 論文以新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)劉少奇的民主思想為研究對(duì)象,將劉少奇的民主思想放到特定歷史進(jìn)程中進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)考察,分析了劉少奇民主思想的內(nèi)容和特色,既充分闡述了劉少奇民主思想的理論價(jià)值,又分析了劉少奇民主思想對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民主政治的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。 論文分為以下幾部分： 第一部分是緒論。主要是對(duì)論文的研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法及創(chuàng)新和不足作一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。通過(guò)這些介紹進(jìn)一步指出論文研究的可行性。 第二部分是正文。共分為四章來(lái)論述。 第一章概述劉少奇民主思想的形成和發(fā)展。本章首先指出劉少奇民主思想形成的歷史背景；其次指出劉少奇民主思想既是馬克思主義民主觀與中國(guó)具體實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,也是對(duì)中國(guó)古代民主思想和西方資產(chǎn)階級(jí)民主思想的合理成分吸收的結(jié)果。再次分階段闡述劉少奇民主思想的歷史進(jìn)程,這是完全準(zhǔn)確理解劉少奇民主思想必須涉及的基本研究。通過(guò)分析,可以看到劉少奇的民主思想同他一生所從事的革命和建設(shè)實(shí)踐是分不開(kāi)的。在每一個(gè)歷史階段,劉少奇都提出和闡述了許多關(guān)于民主的思想觀點(diǎn)和理論原則,為后文研究作了重要鋪墊。 第二章著重論述了新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)劉少奇民主思想的主要內(nèi)容。本章總結(jié)了劉少奇為實(shí)現(xiàn)人民民主而進(jìn)行的孜孜探索和不懈奮斗,提出許多真知灼見(jiàn),諸如：充分發(fā)揚(yáng)黨內(nèi)民主；切實(shí)保障人民民主權(quán)利；民主建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；社會(huì)主義民主與資本主義民主的思考,都為我們留下了可資借鑒的寶貴財(cái)富。 第三章對(duì)新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)劉少奇民主思想的歷史貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。以馬克思主義的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法,對(duì)這位為黨和國(guó)家做出過(guò)杰出貢獻(xiàn),留下豐富精神遺產(chǎn)的偉人做出客觀公正的評(píng)價(jià),并深刻理解劉少奇對(duì)社會(huì)主義民主建設(shè)的探索,他的思想既豐富和發(fā)展了毛澤東的民主思想,又為鄧小平開(kāi)創(chuàng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民主政治道路開(kāi)啟了先聲。在本章的最后對(duì)劉少奇民主思想的局限性做了一點(diǎn)探討。 第四章探討新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)劉少奇的民主思想的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。劉少奇在為實(shí)現(xiàn)人民民主的探索中,包含的許多基本原理、原則和科學(xué)方法,對(duì)我們發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主政治,走中國(guó)式的民主道路具有重要的理論價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。本章概括了以下五點(diǎn)現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示：夯實(shí)民主發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)；堅(jiān)持發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主以促進(jìn)人民民主；堅(jiān)持人民當(dāng)家作主；堅(jiān)持反腐��；堅(jiān)持走中國(guó)式民主道路。 第三部分是結(jié)語(yǔ),是對(duì)論文進(jìn)行的進(jìn)一步思考和總結(jié)。指出發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主政治,走中國(guó)式的民主道路既要立足中國(guó)的國(guó)情,樹(shù)立自己的主體思維,又要注意學(xué)習(xí)別國(guó)的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:History has produced profound influence Liu Shaoji's democratic thought of new China established, is the theoretical cornerstone of the socialist democratic politics construction Chinese characteristics. Liu Shaoji in advance of the Marx doctrine history Chinese in the democratic political construction of the Chinese has made arduous exploration, profound thought, very unique, and fundamentally established the core value of the people in power, the new theoretical foundation of Chinese democracy construction. Liu Shaoji's democratic thought is a product of Marx's theory of democracy and the construction of socialist democracy China combining the representative of the Communist Party Chinese the issue of democracy awareness. After the test of practice, Liu Shaoji's democratic thought in today's more precious time value is obvious, worthy of our in-depth study.
Based on the China established since the new democratic ideology of Liu Shaoji as the research object, the democratic ideology of Liu Shaoji in a systematic investigation in the specific historical process, analyzes the content and characteristics of Liu Shaoji's democratic thought, not only fully expounds the theoretical value of Liu Shaoji's democratic thought, and analyses the realistic Enlightenment of Liu Shaoji Democratic Thought on the development of socialist democratic politics China.
The paper is divided into the following parts:
The first part is the introduction. It is a brief introduction to the research significance, research status, research contents, research methods, innovations and shortcomings. Through these introductions, we further point out the feasibility of the research.
The second part is the text. It is divided into four chapters.
The first chapter outlines the formation and development of Liu Shaoji's democratic thought. This chapter points out the historical background of the formation of Liu Shaoji's democracy ideology; secondly pointed out that Liu Shaoji's thought of democracy is the Marx doctrine democracy is the combination of China and specific practice, but also on the ancient Chinese reasonable elements of democratic thought and Western bourgeois democratic ideology again absorbing results. This phase of historical process of Liu Shaoji's democratic thought, this is a completely accurate understanding of basic research on Liu Shaoji's thought of democracy must be involved. Through the analysis, we can see Liu Shaoji's democratic thought is inseparable with the practice of revolution and construction in his life. At every historical stage, Liu Shaoji expounded a lot about democracy the ideas and theories and principles, lay the groundwork for later study.
The second chapter focuses on the main content of Liu Shaoji's democratic thought since the new Chinese was established. This chapter summarizes Liu Shaoji for the realization of people's democracy and diligent exploration and unremitting struggle, put forward many high perspicacity inner-party democracy, such as; to protect people's democratic rights; coordinated development of democratic construction and economic construction; thoughts on democracy and capitalism democratic socialism, have left some valuable references for us.
The third chapter of the historical contribution since the new China established Liu Shaoji's democratic thought is summarized. In Marx's position, viewpoint and method of the party and the country has made outstanding contributions, leaving a rich spiritual heritage of the great make objective and fair evaluation, and a deep understanding of Liu Shaoji to explore the construction of socialist democracy. His thought not only the enrichment and development of Mao Zedong's democratic thought, and opened the prelude to a Deng Xiaoping Chinese socialist democracy Road. At the end of this chapter the limitations of Liu Shaoji's democratic thought made a point of discussion.
The fourth chapter discusses the practical enlightenment of Liu Shaoji's democratic thought since the new Chinese was established. Liu Shaoji in order to achieve the exploration of people's democracy, contains many of the basic principle, principles and scientific methods, the development of socialist democratic politics in the US, has important theoretical value and guiding significance to go Chinese democracy. This chapter summarizes the following five practical implications: economy lay a solid foundation for the development of democracy; adhere to the development of inner-party democracy in order to promote the people's democracy; adhere to the people in power; adhere to anti-corruption; adhere to the China democracy Road.
The third part is the concluding remarks, which is the further thinking and summary of the thesis. It is pointed out that developing socialist democracy and taking the Chinese style democratic road must be based on China's national conditions, set up our main thinking and pay attention to learning useful experience from other countries.
