【摘要】：本文以事實(shí)與價(jià)值分離的觀念結(jié)構(gòu),以及以道統(tǒng)如何規(guī)制政統(tǒng)的問題意識(shí),來作為區(qū)分中國古代晚期政治哲學(xué)的研究判準(zhǔn)。并以明末三大儒、龔定庵、康有為及梁啟超作為此哲學(xué)系統(tǒng)的代表。本文認(rèn)為,這樣一種哲學(xué)系統(tǒng),與現(xiàn)代中國基于價(jià)值與事實(shí)合一的觀念,將道統(tǒng)與政統(tǒng)結(jié)合于集權(quán)政黨的思想是迥然不同,基于此,本文乃將此哲學(xué)系統(tǒng)分期為"古代晚期"。而本文也指出,在現(xiàn)代主流價(jià)值與各國特殊時(shí)勢(shì)難以避免的沖突中,藉由過去已出現(xiàn)過的反思來參照現(xiàn)代是不可或缺的,因此,此哲學(xué)系統(tǒng)盡管與現(xiàn)代價(jià)值格格不入,但仍是相當(dāng)值得研究的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept structure of the separation of fact and value, as well as the problem consciousness of how to regulate the political system by the Taoism, is used to distinguish the study of the late political philosophy in ancient China, and the three great Confucians, Gong Dingan, in the late Ming Dynasty. Kang Youwei and Liang Qichao are the representatives of this philosophical system. This paper holds that such a philosophical system is based on the concept of integration of value and fact in modern China. The idea of combining Taoism and political unification with centralized political parties is very different. Based on this, this paper divides the philosophical system into "the late ancient period", and this article also points out. In the conflict between the modern mainstream value and the special situation of each country, it is indispensable to refer to the modern by the reflection that has appeared in the past. Therefore, this philosophical system is incompatible with the modern value. But it is still worth studying.
