【摘要】：建設(shè)有中國特色的社會主義民主政治,是建設(shè)有中國特色社會主義理論的重要組成部分。作為中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的核心人物,毛澤東、鄧小平在其各自的歷史時期,都非常重視國家民主政治制度的建設(shè),并依據(jù)中國的具體國情,形成了各自的民主政治思想,繼承和發(fā)展了馬克思主義民主政治理論,成為毛澤東思想和鄧小平理論的重要組成部分,為中國的民主政治建設(shè)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 建國以來,我國的民主政治建設(shè)有過曲折,但總的來說,它是向著一個健康的方向在不斷發(fā)展,特別是改革開放以來,我國的民主政治建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的成就,一方面體現(xiàn)在國家政治制度改革的穩(wěn)步進(jìn)行；另一方面體現(xiàn)在人民理性參政需求的不斷提升。這些成就的取得,離不開毛澤東和鄧小平民主政治思想對我國民主政治實踐的指導(dǎo)作用。特別是在社會主義事業(yè)發(fā)展的新時期,建設(shè)社會主義民主政治,鞏固社會主義政治制度,是我們黨和國家需要進(jìn)一步解決好的一個重大理論和實踐問題,因此,比較研究毛澤東、鄧小平的民主政治思想,對于我們進(jìn)一步發(fā)展社會主義國家民主政治制度有著深遠(yuǎn)的歷史和現(xiàn)實意義。全文共分引言、正文和結(jié)語三個部分： 引言部分主要說明了論文的選題意義、介紹了本課題國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及論文的主要研究方法。 正文包括四個部分。第一部分：系統(tǒng)地闡述了毛澤東民主政治思想的主要內(nèi)容,包括人民民主專政的國體理論、人民代表大會制度的政體理論、民主集中制理論和黨內(nèi)民主的重要思想。 第二部分：系統(tǒng)地闡述了鄧小平民主政治思想的主要內(nèi)容,主要包括民主與社會主義的關(guān)系的論述、政治體制改革的論斷、民主制度化和法制化的重要思想。 第三部分：從唯物史觀的視角,比較分析了毛澤東、鄧小平民主政治思想的異同點,對正確認(rèn)識馬克思主義民主觀,實現(xiàn)社會主義民主政治產(chǎn)生積極的推動作用。 第四部分：通過比較分析毛澤東、鄧小平民主政治思想,闡明了學(xué)習(xí)毛澤東、鄧小平民主政治思想的重要意義,并且從民主的定義、民主的兩個維度出發(fā),對我國民主政治實踐的路徑進(jìn)行了力所能及的探究。 結(jié)語部分概述了本文的研究意義及文中主要的研究內(nèi)容,同時,說明了在論文研究的過程中,自己所挖掘的有限的的研究空間。
[Abstract]:The construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Both attach great importance to the construction of national democratic political system, and according to the specific conditions of China, they have formed their own democratic political thought, inherited and developed Marxist democratic political theory. It has become an important part of Mao Zedong's thought and Deng Xiaoping's theory, and has laid a theoretical foundation for China's democratic political construction. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, there have been twists and turns in the construction of democratic politics in our country, but in general, it has been developing in a healthy direction, especially since the reform and opening up. The construction of democratic politics in our country has made remarkable achievements, on the one hand, it is reflected in the steady progress of the reform of the national political system; On the other hand, the demand for rational participation in politics of the people is constantly rising. These achievements have been achieved. The democratic political thought of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping can not be separated from the guiding role of democratic political practice in our country, especially in the new period of the development of socialist cause, to build socialist democratic politics and to consolidate socialist political system. It is an important theoretical and practical problem that our party and country need to further solve. Therefore, we should make a comparative study on Mao Zedong's democratic political thought and Deng Xiaoping's democratic political thought. For us to further develop the democratic political system of socialist countries has far-reaching historical and practical significance. The full text is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion: The preface mainly explains the significance of the topic, introduces the current research situation and the main research methods of the thesis at home and abroad. The text includes four parts. The first part: the main content of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought, including the theory of the people's democratic dictatorship of the state system, the people's Congress system of government theory. The theory of democratic centralism and the important idea of inner-party democracy. The second part: the main content of Deng Xiaoping's democratic political thought, including the relationship between democracy and socialism, the political system reform. The important thought of institutionalization and legalization of democracy. The third part: from the perspective of historical materialism, this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's democratic political thoughts, and makes a correct understanding of Marxist democratic views. The realization of socialist democratic politics has a positive role in promoting it. Part 4th: through the comparative analysis of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's democratic political thought, this paper clarifies the significance of studying Mao Zedong's democratic political thought, and starts from the definition of democracy and the two dimensions of democracy. To our country democratic politics practice path has carried on the inquiry as far as possible. The conclusion part summarizes the significance of the research and the main research contents in this paper. At the same time, it explains the limited research space that I have excavated in the process of the paper research.
