【摘要】：馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論是馬克思主義基本原理的組成部分,它包含著極其豐富的科學(xué)涵義。文章通過對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中產(chǎn)生的一些國(guó)家理論的研究和分析,闡釋馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論的淵源,繼承和發(fā)展過程,論述馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì)建設(shè)具有十分重要的啟示意義。隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義社會(huì)建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),面臨的社會(huì)問題也越來越突出,深入研究馬克思主義國(guó)家理論有利于我們?cè)谛碌臍v史條件下穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)社會(huì)建設(shè),并拓寬關(guān)于馬克思主義中國(guó)化研究領(lǐng)域的新課題,增進(jìn)對(duì)馬克思主義國(guó)家理論的認(rèn)識(shí)。進(jìn)而表明馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論研究能夠?yàn)榇龠M(jìn)社會(huì)建設(shè)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)建議,而且社會(huì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展又豐富和發(fā)展對(duì)馬克思主義國(guó)家學(xué)說理論的進(jìn)一步研究,二者是相互促進(jìn),相互聯(lián)系發(fā)展的。 首先,論述馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論的形成和發(fā)展,揭示馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論淵源是汲取盧梭的社會(huì)歷史觀和國(guó)家學(xué)說,黑格爾絕對(duì)觀念的理性國(guó)家觀和摩根索的家庭和民族觀的精華,發(fā)展演變?yōu)榫哂锌茖W(xué)性和實(shí)踐性的國(guó)家學(xué)說理論。從而清晰劃分馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論的發(fā)展階段,為馬克思主義國(guó)家學(xué)說理論的進(jìn)一步研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。 其次,通過對(duì)馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論的基本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究,從國(guó)家本質(zhì),政治國(guó)家與市民社會(huì)關(guān)系,無產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政思想,國(guó)家消亡及國(guó)家職能理論等方面入手全面理解馬克思主義國(guó)家理論。進(jìn)而揭示馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論對(duì)社會(huì)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意義,還將增強(qiáng)對(duì)馬克思主義國(guó)家理論的深刻認(rèn)識(shí),豐富對(duì)馬克思主義國(guó)家理論體系的科學(xué)研究。 最后,在對(duì)馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論全面研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)中我國(guó)社會(huì)主義社會(huì)建設(shè)的需要,分析研究馬克思恩格斯國(guó)家學(xué)說理論對(duì)社會(huì)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)建議和啟示意義。主要側(cè)重于從促進(jìn)市民社會(huì)建設(shè),堅(jiān)持無產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政保障社會(huì)建設(shè)積極進(jìn)行,國(guó)家社會(huì)管理職能轉(zhuǎn)變等方面闡述馬克思主義國(guó)家理論對(duì)社會(huì)建設(shè)的積極作用和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels' theory of state is an integral part of the basic principles of Marxism, which contains extremely rich scientific connotations. This paper studies and analyzes some national theories produced in the course of social development. Explain the origin, inheritance and development of Marx and Engels' theory of state. It is of great significance to discuss the theory of Marx and Engels' theory of state for the construction of socialist society with Chinese characteristics. The social problems are also becoming more and more prominent, in-depth study of Marxist theory of state is conducive to our steady progress in social construction under the new historical conditions. And broaden the new research field of Marxism in China. To improve the understanding of Marxist theory of state, and further to show that Marx and Engels theory of state theory can promote the development of social construction to provide scientific guidance. Moreover, the development of social construction enriches and develops the further research on Marxist theory of state. First of all, it discusses the formation and development of Marx and Engels' theory of state, and reveals that the origin of Marx and Engels' theory of state is derived from Rousseau's view of social history and theory of state. The essence of Hegel's absolute conception of rational state and Morgenthau's view of family and nationality. The development has evolved into a scientific and practical theory of state theory, thus clearly dividing the development stage of Marx and Engels' theory of state theory, and laying a foundation for the further study of Marxist theory of state theory. Secondly, through the study of the basic content of Marx and Engels' theory of state theory, from the essence of the state, political state and civil relations, proletarian dictatorship thought. From the aspects of state extinction and the theory of state function, we can fully understand the Marxist theory of state, and then reveal the guiding significance of Marx and Engels' theory of state theory to the construction of society. It will also strengthen the deep understanding of Marxist state theory and enrich the scientific research on Marxist state theory system. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive study of Marx and Engels' theory of state theory, combined with the reality of our country's socialist social construction needs. This paper analyzes and studies the guiding suggestions and enlightenments of Marx and Engels' theory of state theory on social construction. It mainly focuses on promoting the construction of civil society and insisting on the proletarian dictatorship to ensure the construction of society. This paper expounds the positive function and practical value of Marxist theory of state on social construction.
