【摘要】：公共理性是羅爾斯的政治自由主義的核心概念,其論證的成敗決定著后期羅爾斯政治哲學的說服力。羅爾斯的論證的一個薄弱之處在于,他未從動機的角度對公共理性的實踐性和可行性做出充分說明。羅爾斯的公共理性應該借助教化的力量,在個體的主觀動機集合中增補他所強調的"合理性"要素,以促成一種在規(guī)范上和實踐上都經得起辯護的公共理性。
[Abstract]:Public rationality is the core concept of Rawls' political liberalism, and the success or failure of its argument determines the persuasion of Rawls' political philosophy in the later period. He did not fully explain the practicability and feasibility of public rationality from the angle of motivation. Rawls' public rationality should rely on the force of enlightenment. In order to promote a kind of public rationality which can stand the defense in the norm and practice, the author adds the "rationality" element to the individual's subjective motivation set.
