【摘要】:社會(huì)性別(gender)是一個(gè)政治發(fā)明,它具有權(quán)力效應(yīng)。性別的壓迫與反抗使性別成為權(quán)力的場(chǎng)域。從現(xiàn)代政治的角度來說,性別的最重要層面就是“性別政治”。性別階層間存在統(tǒng)治與被統(tǒng)治、支配與被支配的不平等權(quán)力關(guān)系。在性別政治化與性別去政治化兩極張力下,性別壓迫無處不在、無時(shí)不有。在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,性別個(gè)體的經(jīng)濟(jì)自由被限制或剝奪;在政治領(lǐng)域,性別個(gè)體被從不符合公私劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的領(lǐng)域強(qiáng)制剝離,身體遭到暴力規(guī)訓(xùn);在文化教育領(lǐng)域,不平等的性別權(quán)力關(guān)系通過污名等方式實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)制和再生產(chǎn)。性別反抗既包括在不平等權(quán)力格局內(nèi)的自發(fā)、消極的反抗與質(zhì)疑,也包括自為、積極地對(duì)性別權(quán)力格局的解構(gòu)與沖擊,體現(xiàn)為性別主體意識(shí)的覺醒與張揚(yáng)。性別個(gè)體通過尊重或顛倒陰陽位置的策略,自發(fā)謀求對(duì)不平等權(quán)力關(guān)系的多資源對(duì)抗;通過偽裝與張揚(yáng),實(shí)現(xiàn)在不平等性別權(quán)力格局內(nèi)的反向主體建構(gòu)。風(fēng)氣云涌的女性主義運(yùn)動(dòng)、男性解放和跨性別運(yùn)動(dòng),對(duì)性別權(quán)力格局從整體上進(jìn)行了沖擊和解構(gòu)。性別政治除了性別壓迫與性別反抗之權(quán)力斗爭(zhēng)外,還糾葛了其他權(quán)力關(guān)系的斗爭(zhēng)。階級(jí)、族群、性、年齡等都是影響性別權(quán)力關(guān)系的因素,這是個(gè)復(fù)雜的權(quán)力協(xié)商過程。 實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的性別解放是終結(jié)性別政治的走向。馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說在終極關(guān)懷意義上給了性別解放實(shí)現(xiàn)的希望;中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)蘊(yùn)自我超越的“人‘性’”主張,令人在真正性別解放實(shí)現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性上看到了曙光。作為性別政治終結(jié)層面的從性別解放到人的解放的終極超越,孕育了向內(nèi)實(shí)踐與向外改造兩個(gè)方向。民主自由是實(shí)現(xiàn)歷史層面的性別政治終結(jié)的制度保障;而人的絕對(duì)主體性的確立才是終結(jié)性別政治、實(shí)現(xiàn)從性別解放到人的終極超越的根本途徑和方向。 總之,性別政治的終結(jié),乃至人之從性別解放到人的解放的終極超越就是要: 以民主、自由制度為外殼,為制度保證,以中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的“人‘性’”主張為內(nèi)核,以超個(gè)人主義心理學(xué)為補(bǔ)充,以馬克思主義人的解放理想為愿景,以現(xiàn)代前沿科學(xué)為驗(yàn)證,通過人的絕對(duì)主體性的確立,尊重一切時(shí)空合理性,超越主客對(duì)立,實(shí)現(xiàn)天人合一的活潑潑的人生境界。
[Abstract]:Gender is a political invention, it has power effect. The oppression and resistance of gender make gender the field of power. From the perspective of modern politics. The most important aspect of gender is "gender politics". There exists the unequal power relationship between the gender class and the ruled, dominated and dominated, and under the tension of gender politicization and gender depoliticization. Gender oppression is everywhere, always. In the economic field, the economic freedom of gender individuals is restricted or denied; In the political sphere, gender individuals are forcibly stripped from areas that do not meet the criteria of public and private division, and their bodies are subjected to violent discipline; In the field of culture and education, the unequal gender power relationship can be copied and reproduced by means of stigma. Gender resistance includes spontaneous, passive resistance and doubt within the unequal power pattern, but also self-made. The positive deconstruction and impact on the pattern of gender power is reflected in the awakening and publicity of the consciousness of the subject of gender. The strategy of respecting or reversing the position of yin and yang is adopted by the individual of gender. Spontaneous pursuit of multi-resource confrontation against unequal power relations; Through camouflage and publicity, realize the reverse subject construction in the unequal gender power pattern. The feminist movement, the male liberation and the transgender movement. In addition to the power struggle between gender oppression and gender resistance, gender politics also disputes the struggle of other power relations. Class, ethnic group, sex. The Marxist theory of all-round development gives hope for the realization of gender liberation in the sense of ultimate concern. As the end of gender politics, it is the ultimate transcendence from gender emancipation to human liberation. Democracy and freedom are the institutional guarantee to realize the end of gender politics on the historical level. The establishment of man's absolute subjectivity is the fundamental way and direction to end gender politics and realize the ultimate transcendence from gender liberation to human being. In short, the end of gender politics, and even the ultimate transcendence from gender liberation to human liberation, is to: With democracy and free system as the outer shell, as the system guarantee, with the Chinese traditional culture's "human 'nature' idea as the core, with the ultra individualism psychology as the supplement, take the Marxist human liberation ideal as the vision." Based on modern frontier science, through the establishment of man's absolute subjectivity, the rationality of all time and space is respected, the opposition of subject and object is transcended, and the realm of life with the unity of nature and man is realized.
