文章摘要：成熟度模型在組織管理中得到廣泛應(yīng)用，成熟度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定是成熟度評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題，針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中求指標(biāo)權(quán)重難的特點(diǎn)，給出了一個(gè)基于序關(guān)系確定成熟度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系指標(biāo)權(quán)重的簡(jiǎn)易方法，并設(shè)計(jì)定序一權(quán)值匯總表簡(jiǎn)化操作和計(jì)算過(guò)程。在確定成熟度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重時(shí)，與常用的AHP等方法相比，該方法直觀易用，對(duì)指標(biāo)個(gè)數(shù)沒(méi)有限制，具有保序性，計(jì)算量少，，并且無(wú)須檢驗(yàn)一致性，非常適合在線成熟度評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。

Abstr：Maturity model has been widely applied in the organization management . To determine the index weight is a key issue in maturity evaluation. Considering the difficulty of acquiring index weight in evaluation process, a simple method of determining index weight of maturity evaluation based on order relation is proposed, and this paper designs order-weight table to simplify operation process. In determining the maturity evaluation index weights, compared with the commonly used method such as AHP, this simple method being intuitive to use, no limit on the number of indicators, having the rank preservation, computing less, and no need to test consistency, very suitable for development of online maturity evaluation system.
