【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期的鎮(zhèn)平縣自治運(yùn)動(dòng),是當(dāng)時(shí)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要組成部分。它以“自衛(wèi)、自治、自富”的“三自主義”為理論指導(dǎo);以建立民眾武裝,剿匪安民,來實(shí)現(xiàn)“鎮(zhèn)平縣的民族主義”;以創(chuàng)建自治機(jī)構(gòu),頒布一系列自治法規(guī)、禁令,來實(shí)現(xiàn)“鎮(zhèn)平縣的民權(quán)主義”;以組織民眾發(fā)展生產(chǎn),豐衣足食,來實(shí)現(xiàn)“鎮(zhèn)平縣的民生主義”。本文旨在通過對(duì)民國(guó)時(shí)期鎮(zhèn)平縣自治運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的背景、指導(dǎo)理論和具體實(shí)踐的探討,以期為我國(guó)目前進(jìn)行的社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供有益的借鑒。 本文正文主要有四個(gè)部分組成: 第一部分:通過對(duì)鎮(zhèn)平縣自治運(yùn)動(dòng)前的社會(huì)概況的論述,探討了鎮(zhèn)平縣自治運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)背景。 第二部分:闡述了鎮(zhèn)平縣自治運(yùn)動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)思想——“三自主義”的基本內(nèi)容與涵義,探討了“三自主義”產(chǎn)生的理論淵源。 第三部分:對(duì)鎮(zhèn)平縣自治運(yùn)動(dòng)的具體實(shí)踐活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了全方位的論述。在自治派的強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)下,鎮(zhèn)平縣的自治政權(quán)建設(shè)、民眾武裝建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、文化教育社會(huì)事業(yè)建設(shè)等相繼展開,整個(gè)縣貌為之一新。 第四部分:是本文的結(jié)語部分。通過對(duì)鎮(zhèn)平縣自治運(yùn)動(dòng)“人在政舉,人亡政息”的歷史結(jié)局和自治派領(lǐng)袖彭禹廷的不幸遭遇的分析,得出的重要結(jié)論是:一、在半殖民地半封建社會(huì)的中國(guó),改良主義道路走不通;二、在階級(jí)社會(huì)里,在政黨政治下,企圖完全“超越階級(jí)”、“超越政黨”進(jìn)行社會(huì)改造只能是幻想。
[Abstract]:The Zhenping County Autonomous Movement in the Republic of China was an important part of the rural construction movement at that time. It is guided by the "three selfishness" of "self-defense, autonomy and self-enrichment"; it realizes "nationalism in Zhenping County" by establishing people's armed forces and suppressing bandits and peace among the people; and it establishes autonomous institutions, promulgates a series of autonomous laws and regulations, and bans them. To achieve "Zhenping County civil rights doctrine", to organize people to develop production, food and clothing, to achieve "Zhenping County people's livelihood doctrine." The purpose of this paper is to explore the background of Zhenping County Autonomy Movement in the Republic of China and to guide the theory and practice in order to provide a useful reference for the construction of the new socialist countryside in China. The main body of this paper is composed of four parts: The first part discusses the social background of Zhenping County Autonomous Movement by discussing the social situation before Zhenping County Autonomous Movement. The second part: expounds the basic content and meaning of the guiding ideology of Zhenping County Autonomous Movement-"Tri-Selfism", and probes into the theoretical origin of "Tri-Selfism". The third part: to Zhenping county autonomous movement concrete practice activity has carried on the omnidirectional elaboration. With the strong push of the autonomous faction, the autonomous regime construction, the people's armed construction, the economic construction, the cultural education and the social cause construction in Zhenping County have been carried out one after another, and the whole county looks like a new one. The fourth part is the conclusion of this paper. Based on the analysis of the historical outcome of Zhenping County Autonomous Movement's "people in politics, people's death and political interest" and the unfortunate experience of Peng Yuting, the leader of the autonomous school, the important conclusions are as follows: first, in a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, China. Second, in the class society, under the party politics, the attempt to completely "transcend the class" and "transcend the political party" to carry out social transformation can only be a fantasy.
