【摘要】：漠河金礦自創(chuàng)辦以來(lái),短短幾年時(shí)間內(nèi),就取得令人矚目的成效。究其原因,一方面固然與其企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的努力經(jīng)營(yíng)有關(guān),另一方面也是由于金礦實(shí)行近代化的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式——官督商辦制度的必然結(jié)果。 本文試以漠河金礦為例進(jìn)行研究,揭示官督商辦對(duì)研究洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)企業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的重大影響。本文著重論述其籌辦背景、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式、以及衰敗原因和社會(huì)功效,從中得出官督商辦企業(yè)所具有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)和歷史進(jìn)步作用,以及這種經(jīng)營(yíng)模式給企業(yè)帶來(lái)的負(fù)面影響。文章主要分為以下四部分: 第一部分漠河金礦創(chuàng)建之緣起。主要論述漠河金礦創(chuàng)建前的邊疆危機(jī)形勢(shì)和國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)興利實(shí)邊的目的要求,并闡述了金礦創(chuàng)建的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件。 第二部分漠河金礦管理模式——官督商辦。本章著重論述漠河金礦采用官督商辦的組織模式,是官商互贏的必然選擇。 第三部分漠河金礦的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理與衰落。主要介紹漠河公司的章程與實(shí)施情況。后期官督商辦制度弊端逐漸顯現(xiàn),致使漠河金礦日益走向衰落。 第四部分官督商辦模式對(duì)漠河金礦的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)漠河金礦成敗的論述,具體分析官督商辦企業(yè)的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)指出其存在的弊端,從中總結(jié)出官督商辦企業(yè)的失敗原因和歷史教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Mohe Gold Mine has achieved remarkable results in a few years since it was founded. The reason is that, on the one hand, it is related to the efforts of its leaders, on the other hand, it is also the inevitable result of the implementation of the modern mode of operation and management of gold mines. Taking Mohe Gold Mine as an example, this paper attempts to reveal the great influence of the official, governor and commercial office on the study of Westernization sports enterprises. In this paper, the background of organization, the mode of management, the causes of decline and social efficacy are discussed, and the unique advantages and historical progressive functions of the official, the governor, and the commercial and commercial enterprises are obtained, and the negative effects of this management model on the enterprises are also discussed in this paper. The article is divided into the following four parts: The first part is the origin of Mohe gold deposit. This paper mainly discusses the crisis situation of the frontier before the establishment of Mohe gold deposit and the purpose and requirements of realizing the prosperous and realistic border in China, and expounds the advantages of the gold deposit establishment. The second part is the management mode of Mohe Gold Mine. This chapter focuses on the Mohe Gold Mine, which is an inevitable choice for the government and business to win each other. The third part is the management and decline of Mohe Gold Mine. This paper mainly introduces the articles of association and implementation of Mohe Company. In the late period, the malpractice of the system of official and commercial administration gradually appeared, which led to the decline of Mohe Gold Mine. The fourth part is about the influence of the mode of government and governor on Mohe gold deposit. Through the discussion on the success or failure of Mohe Gold Mine, this paper analyzes the unique advantages and disadvantages of the official governor and the commercial enterprise, and sums up the failure reasons and historical lessons of the official governor business enterprise.
