【摘要】：《新華日報》是抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期中國共產黨在國統(tǒng)區(qū)公開出版發(fā)行的一份黨報性質的大型日報,是中共對外宣傳其政策主張的重要窗口。在中共中央南方局的領導下,重慶時期的《新華日報》對靠近陪都的文化重鎮(zhèn)北碚的報道貫穿始終,詳實而豐富地報道了戰(zhàn)時北碚各方面的情況。本文主要依據(jù)《新華日報》對北碚的相關報道和評論,考察中共通過黨報這一特殊視角對北碚問題的觀察和認識,從微觀上去呈現(xiàn)《新華日報》構建出的戰(zhàn)時北碚形象。北碚經(jīng)過盧作孚的鄉(xiāng)村建設,昔日落后的面貌大為改觀,已發(fā)展為遠近聞名的模范區(qū)。戰(zhàn)后國府遷渝,北碚被確立為遷建區(qū),接納和安置了大量流亡同胞。在這個小小的彈丸之地,先后遷來重要機關院校,企業(yè)團體以及社會名流、專家學者等,北碚人口驟增近四萬人,被稱為大后方著名的夏壩文化區(qū)。北碚行政當局致力于抗戰(zhàn)建國事業(yè),民主執(zhí)政,廣納賢才,吸引了大量進步人士投入到北碚的建設發(fā)展事業(yè)中,成為民主進步氛圍濃厚的抗日救亡堡壘。這些因素促成了中共南方局以《新華日報》之眼關注北碚文化重鎮(zhèn),并先后設立中共黨支部和《新華日報》北碚發(fā)行站,以爭取團結北碚大量愛國進步人士,推進大后方民主運動的發(fā)展�！缎氯A日報》從1939年至1947年展開了對北碚長達八年多的豐富詳實報道,并設立了多個專欄刊載北碚消息,涵蓋了多個領域,將戰(zhàn)時北碚的方方面面“大白于天下”�！缎氯A日報》對北碚的關注贏得了大量的北碚讀者,為發(fā)揮黨報在北碚地區(qū)的輿論宣傳作用提供了基礎和前提�！缎氯A日報》為實現(xiàn)黨的利益與人民的利益的高度統(tǒng)一,對北碚的報道采取了適當?shù)谋磉_途徑來傳播中共的思想主張和方針政策�！缎氯A日報》對北碚的客觀性報道主要包括北碚抗日救亡運動,夏壩文化區(qū)的滋生發(fā)展,以及戰(zhàn)時北碚的現(xiàn)代化進程與生活習尚變遷等幾個方面。這部分內容也得到了國民黨《中央日報》的報道印證。兩大黨報對北碚的相同報道體現(xiàn)了在抗日戰(zhàn)爭這個大語境下,媒體對于強烈的民族國家意識,重視戰(zhàn)時民族文化的傳承與發(fā)展,以及歷經(jīng)創(chuàng)傷后的中國依然保持奮發(fā)向上的輿論引導居于主要地位。同時《新華日報》作為中共機關報,在新聞上采取了一定的宣傳策略進行有選擇有側重的報道,包括北碚人民爭取自由民主的斗爭、文藝抗戰(zhàn)以及人民的困苦生活等方面。這些報道對于發(fā)動廣大人民維護自身權益,批判國民政府的專制腐敗統(tǒng)治等發(fā)揮了報急警鐘和輿論向導的作用�！缎氯A日報》與北碚社會各界積極互動,協(xié)助關懷北碚及北碚人的需求發(fā)展,并得到了北碚行政當局的鼎力支持、社會名流的肯定以及人民大眾的認可�！缎氯A日報》通過對北碚大量的輿論宣傳,同時與北碚社會各界的互動交流,將無數(shù)民主進步人士團結到了自己周圍。這也為共產黨爭取中間勢力參與文化工作和群眾工作,反擊國民黨的專制獨裁統(tǒng)治打下基礎,進一步提升了中共的社會影響。
