【摘要】：《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》是抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在國(guó)統(tǒng)區(qū)公開(kāi)出版發(fā)行的一份黨報(bào)性質(zhì)的大型日?qǐng)?bào),是中共對(duì)外宣傳其政策主張的重要窗口。在中共中央南方局的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,重慶時(shí)期的《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》對(duì)靠近陪都的文化重鎮(zhèn)北碚的報(bào)道貫穿始終,詳實(shí)而豐富地報(bào)道了戰(zhàn)時(shí)北碚各方面的情況。本文主要依據(jù)《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》對(duì)北碚的相關(guān)報(bào)道和評(píng)論,考察中共通過(guò)黨報(bào)這一特殊視角對(duì)北碚問(wèn)題的觀察和認(rèn)識(shí),從微觀上去呈現(xiàn)《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》構(gòu)建出的戰(zhàn)時(shí)北碚形象。北碚經(jīng)過(guò)盧作孚的鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè),昔日落后的面貌大為改觀,已發(fā)展為遠(yuǎn)近聞名的模范區(qū)。戰(zhàn)后國(guó)府遷渝,北碚被確立為遷建區(qū),接納和安置了大量流亡同胞。在這個(gè)小小的彈丸之地,先后遷來(lái)重要機(jī)關(guān)院校,企業(yè)團(tuán)體以及社會(huì)名流、專(zhuān)家學(xué)者等,北碚人口驟增近四萬(wàn)人,被稱為大后方著名的夏壩文化區(qū)。北碚行政當(dāng)局致力于抗戰(zhàn)建國(guó)事業(yè),民主執(zhí)政,廣納賢才,吸引了大量進(jìn)步人士投入到北碚的建設(shè)發(fā)展事業(yè)中,成為民主進(jìn)步氛圍濃厚的抗日救亡堡壘。這些因素促成了中共南方局以《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》之眼關(guān)注北碚文化重鎮(zhèn),并先后設(shè)立中共黨支部和《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》北碚發(fā)行站,以爭(zhēng)取團(tuán)結(jié)北碚大量愛(ài)國(guó)進(jìn)步人士,推進(jìn)大后方民主運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展�！缎氯A日?qǐng)?bào)》從1939年至1947年展開(kāi)了對(duì)北碚長(zhǎng)達(dá)八年多的豐富詳實(shí)報(bào)道,并設(shè)立了多個(gè)專(zhuān)欄刊載北碚消息,涵蓋了多個(gè)領(lǐng)域,將戰(zhàn)時(shí)北碚的方方面面“大白于天下”。《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》對(duì)北碚的關(guān)注贏得了大量的北碚讀者,為發(fā)揮黨報(bào)在北碚地區(qū)的輿論宣傳作用提供了基礎(chǔ)和前提�！缎氯A日?qǐng)?bào)》為實(shí)現(xiàn)黨的利益與人民的利益的高度統(tǒng)一,對(duì)北碚的報(bào)道采取了適當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_(dá)途徑來(lái)傳播中共的思想主張和方針政策�！缎氯A日?qǐng)?bào)》對(duì)北碚的客觀性報(bào)道主要包括北碚抗日救亡運(yùn)動(dòng),夏壩文化區(qū)的滋生發(fā)展,以及戰(zhàn)時(shí)北碚的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程與生活習(xí)尚變遷等幾個(gè)方面。這部分內(nèi)容也得到了國(guó)民黨《中央日?qǐng)?bào)》的報(bào)道印證。兩大黨報(bào)對(duì)北碚的相同報(bào)道體現(xiàn)了在抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)這個(gè)大語(yǔ)境下,媒體對(duì)于強(qiáng)烈的民族國(guó)家意識(shí),重視戰(zhàn)時(shí)民族文化的傳承與發(fā)展,以及歷經(jīng)創(chuàng)傷后的中國(guó)依然保持奮發(fā)向上的輿論引導(dǎo)居于主要地位。同時(shí)《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》作為中共機(jī)關(guān)報(bào),在新聞上采取了一定的宣傳策略進(jìn)行有選擇有側(cè)重的報(bào)道,包括北碚人民爭(zhēng)取自由民主的斗爭(zhēng)、文藝抗戰(zhàn)以及人民的困苦生活等方面。這些報(bào)道對(duì)于發(fā)動(dòng)廣大人民維護(hù)自身權(quán)益,批判國(guó)民政府的專(zhuān)制腐敗統(tǒng)治等發(fā)揮了報(bào)急警鐘和輿論向?qū)У淖饔谩！缎氯A日?qǐng)?bào)》與北碚社會(huì)各界積極互動(dòng),協(xié)助關(guān)懷北碚及北碚人的需求發(fā)展,并得到了北碚行政當(dāng)局的鼎力支持、社會(huì)名流的肯定以及人民大眾的認(rèn)可。《新華日?qǐng)?bào)》通過(guò)對(duì)北碚大量的輿論宣傳,同時(shí)與北碚社會(huì)各界的互動(dòng)交流,將無(wú)數(shù)民主進(jìn)步人士團(tuán)結(jié)到了自己周?chē)�。這也為共產(chǎn)黨爭(zhēng)取中間勢(shì)力參與文化工作和群眾工作,反擊國(guó)民黨的專(zhuān)制獨(dú)裁統(tǒng)治打下基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步提升了中共的社會(huì)影響。
