【摘要】:作為社會的基本關系之一,建國前后(1946——1956)的勞資關系呈現(xiàn)出一種復雜多變的態(tài)勢:時而混亂,時而有序;時而緊張,時而舒緩。理清勞資關系的走向,挖掘影響其走勢的深層因素,可為今天和諧勞資關系的建設做一參考和借鑒。 本文視角上仍是在國家與社會大框架下采取中共、勞方、資方的三方視角,窺探三方在勞資關系中的博弈,消長和演化。文章選取1946——1956年為行文時段,突破了1949年的界限,把起止時間設置為建國前后(1946——1956),以期能淡化政治事件對歷史研究的影響。本文主要運用歷史學的方法,借用社會學、經(jīng)濟學的相關概念如“半主體”,“限制資格主體”等來表述勞資關系中勞資雙方主體性的缺失,以不同階段中共中心任務的變化為線索,依據(jù)勞資關系特點將勞資關系劃分為四個階段,試圖理清勞資關系呈現(xiàn)出一種什么樣的走向以及影響勞資關系走向的原因。文章的重點在第一、二、三、四章節(jié),通過這幾章的展述推導出影響勞資關系走向的主要因素不在于勞資雙方,而在于政府。 據(jù)此,文章將從四個時段來展述。文章首先追溯解放戰(zhàn)爭打響至新中國成立這段時間勞資關系的走勢;接著分析統(tǒng)一財經(jīng)運動后的勞資關系的變化;然后展述“五反”運動后勞資關系的變質;最后目送勞資關系在社會主義改造中消失。文章的主要脈絡就是理清1946—1956年間勞資關系的大致走向,分析政府因素對勞資關系的影響。最后提出在和平建設時期,面對不同的利益群體、利益階層,執(zhí)政黨應該擴大自己的代表,調和各階層的利益,引導社會合作,通過民主、法制的方式來協(xié)調、整合各方的利益矛盾。
[Abstract]:As one of the basic social relations, the labor relations before and after the founding of the people's Republic of China (1946-1956) showed a complicated and changeable situation: sometimes chaotic, sometimes orderly, sometimes tense, sometimes relaxed. Excavating the deep factors affecting its trend can be a reference for the construction of harmonious labor relations today. From the angle of view, this paper still adopts the tripartite perspective of the Communist Party of China, the labor side and the management under the framework of the state and the society, and probes into the game, growth, decline and evolution of the tripartite relations between labor and capital. The article selects 1946-1956 as the writing period, breaking through the limits of 1949. The starting and ending time is set as 1946-1956before and after the founding of the people's Republic of China, in order to downplay the influence of political events on the study of history. This paper mainly uses the method of history to borrow sociology. The related concepts of economics, such as "semi-subject" and "restricted qualification subject", are used to describe the lack of subjectivity between labor and capital in labor relations. The clue is the change of the central task of the Communist Party of China in different stages. According to the characteristics of labor relations, the labor relations are divided into four stages, trying to clarify the trends of labor relations and the reasons that affect the trends of labour relations. The emphasis of the article is in the first, second, third, and fourth chapters. Through the development of these chapters, the author deduces that the main factors influencing the trend of labor relations lie not in the labor and capital, but in the government. Based on this, the article will be discussed in four periods. Firstly, the article traces the trend of labor relations between the War of Liberation and the founding of New China, and then analyzes the changes of labor relations after the unification of finance and economics movement. Then it discusses the deterioration of labor relations after the "five evils" movement, and finally sees the disappearance of labor relations in the socialist transformation. The main thread of the article is to clarify the general trend of labor relations between 1946-1956. Finally, it is proposed that in the period of peace building, the ruling party should expand its own representation, reconcile the interests of all strata, guide social cooperation, and adopt democracy in the face of different interest groups and interest classes. The way of the legal system to coordinate and integrate the interests of all parties.
