【摘要】：正2017年3月24日,中央深改組會(huì)議審議通過(guò)《全面深化中國(guó)(上海)自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)改革開(kāi)放方案》,3月31日由國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)全改方案正式版本,對(duì)上海自貿(mào)區(qū)下一步改革任務(wù)做出部署,代表著上海自貿(mào)區(qū)改革進(jìn)入"3.0"時(shí)代。未來(lái)三年,將上海自貿(mào)區(qū)打造成為"一帶一路"開(kāi)放合作新平臺(tái)、搭建"引進(jìn)來(lái)"和"走出去"有機(jī)結(jié)合的新載體、建設(shè)服務(wù)"一帶一路"市場(chǎng)要素資源配置功能的新樞紐,這是上海自貿(mào)區(qū)全改方
[Abstract]:On March 24, 2017, the Central Committee and Shenzhen restructuring Conference deliberated on and adopted the "Plan for comprehensively deepening the Reform and opening up of China (Shanghai) Free Trade pilot area." on March 31, the State Council issued an official version of the complete reform plan. The next step of the reform of Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTAZ) is that the reform of the FTAZ has entered the "3.0" era. In the next three years, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone will be made into a new platform for "Belt and Road" open cooperation, a new carrier of organic combination of "introduction" and "going out", and a new hub to serve the "Belt and Road" market element resource allocation function. This is the full reform of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
