【摘要】：在全球制造業(yè)布局逐漸調(diào)整的背景下,借助對(duì)外投資進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整是應(yīng)對(duì)我國制造業(yè)發(fā)展危機(jī)的有效措施。本文通過綜合分析"一帶一路"沿線國家貿(mào)易便利化水平發(fā)現(xiàn),口岸基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱、通關(guān)政策各異、信息技術(shù)發(fā)展差距大和地緣政治局勢(shì)動(dòng)蕩是我國制造業(yè)海外轉(zhuǎn)移面對(duì)的主要問題。同時(shí),加快推進(jìn)沿線國家的貿(mào)易便利化,包括加強(qiáng)沿線國家之間的政策協(xié)調(diào)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)合作和智庫合作,既有利于提升各國貿(mào)易便利化水平,也是推進(jìn)我國制造業(yè)有序轉(zhuǎn)移的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the gradual adjustment of the global manufacturing industry layout, it is an effective measure to deal with the crisis of manufacturing industry development in China to make structural adjustment with the aid of foreign investment. Through the comprehensive analysis of the trade facilitation level of the countries along the route of "Belt and Road", this paper finds that the port infrastructure is weak and the customs clearance policies are different. The big gap in the development of information technology and the instability of geopolitical situation are the main problems facing the overseas transfer of China's manufacturing industry. At the same time, accelerating trade facilitation among the countries along the route, including strengthening policy coordination among the countries along the route, infrastructure development cooperation and think-tank cooperation, is conducive to enhancing the level of trade facilitation among countries. It is also an important measure to promote the orderly transfer of our manufacturing industry.
