我國與“一帶一路”國家高等教育合作:雙邊的視角

【摘要】:我國與"一帶一路"國家高等教育合作是一個多層次的系統(tǒng)工程,其中,國別層次的合作是主體。通過對我國與印度、蒙古、馬來西亞、以色列及希臘的高等教育合作分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我國與"一帶一路"國家初步進行了高等教育雙邊政策合作,但學歷互認、教師交流、合作辦學與研究合作等政策需要加快溝通;建立了兩國教育官員、大學校長、專家以及國際教育者的交流溝通平臺,但兩國教育部長會議這一重要平臺尚未建立;在吸引留學生方面效果較好,但在教師交流、合作辦學以及學生派遣等實踐層面仍存在較大不足。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between China and Belt and Road is a multi-level systematic project, in which the cooperation at the national level is the main body. Through the analysis of China's higher education cooperation with India, Mongolia, Malaysia, Israel and Greece, we find that China and "Belt and Road" countries have initially carried out bilateral policy cooperation in higher education, but mutual recognition of academic qualifications and teacher exchanges. The exchange and communication platform of education officials, university presidents, experts and international educators has been established, but the meeting of education ministers of the two countries has not yet been established. It has a good effect in attracting foreign students, but there are still some shortcomings in teachers' exchange, cooperation in running a school and dispatching students.
