【摘要】：云南口岸是連接南亞、東南亞的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),在"一帶一路"建設(shè)中具有重要地位。但作為與緬甸、越南、老撾接壤的沿邊口岸,云南口岸情況復(fù)雜,政策溝通、貿(mào)易流通、道路暢通、資金流通和民心溝通等互聯(lián)互通中機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。為進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮其開(kāi)放門(mén)戶的功能,仍需在協(xié)調(diào)中央政府和地方政府之間、國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外之間的關(guān)系上進(jìn)一步深入改革和探索。
[Abstract]:Yunnan Port is an important node connecting South and Southeast Asia and plays an important role in the construction of Belt and Road. However, as a border port with Burma, Vietnam and Laos, the situation of Yunnan port is complicated, and opportunities and challenges coexist in the connection between the ports of Yunnan, trade circulation, smooth roads, capital circulation and people-to-people communication. In order to further develop its function of opening portal, it is necessary to further reform and explore the relationship between central government and local government, and between domestic and foreign governments.
