【摘要】：廣西憑借獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),在開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和平臺(tái)建設(shè)等方面取得顯著成效,具備參與"一帶一路"建設(shè)的政策優(yōu)勢(shì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等。但是,廣西開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展整體水平不高,在貿(mào)易、投資等領(lǐng)域還存在結(jié)構(gòu)有待優(yōu)化、與GDP聯(lián)動(dòng)性有待增強(qiáng)等問題。廣西在"一帶一路"建設(shè)背景下發(fā)展開放型經(jīng)濟(jì),應(yīng)加快中國—中南半島經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)、推動(dòng)投資貿(mào)易便利化、構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、完善政策體系等。
[Abstract]:By virtue of its unique location advantage, Guangxi has made remarkable achievements in the development of open economy and platform construction, and has the policy advantages, industrial structure and infrastructure to participate in the construction of "Belt and Road". However, the overall development level of Guangxi's open economy is not high, and there are still some problems in trade, investment and other fields, such as the structure to be optimized, and the linkage with GDP to be strengthened. In order to develop an open economy in Guangxi under the background of "Belt and Road" construction, we should speed up the construction of the China-Indochina Peninsula economic corridor, promote investment and trade facilitation, construct an evaluation index system, and perfect the policy system.
