【摘要】：對外文化交流是我國通過"一帶一路"參與全球化進(jìn)程的重要途徑。加強(qiáng)中外文化交流,能夠深化我國與沿線各國間的政體認(rèn)識,增進(jìn)政治互信,推動經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展,這對于"一帶一路"建設(shè)意義重大。但由于某些條件的制約,諸如缺乏共同的文化認(rèn)知、沿線國家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、尚未建立完善的對外文化輸出機(jī)制、國際互信體系不健全等,對中外文化交流有著不利的因素。對此,應(yīng)主動探尋中外文化交流的交叉地帶,培育共性文化;助推沿線各國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)大發(fā)展,促進(jìn)中外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)貿(mào)易對接;推進(jìn)我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)輸出保障機(jī)制建設(shè),提升文化產(chǎn)品輸出的能力和水平;積極推動國內(nèi)外互信體系建設(shè);加強(qiáng)中外教育文化交流與合作;構(gòu)建區(qū)域文化空間,促進(jìn)中外文化交流和融合。通過文化交流,為"一帶一路"建設(shè)助力。
[Abstract]:Foreign cultural exchange is an important way for China to participate in the process of globalization through Belt and Road. Strengthening cultural exchanges between China and other countries can deepen the understanding of political system between China and other countries along the route, enhance political mutual trust and promote economic and trade development, which is of great significance to the construction of "Belt and Road". However, due to the constraints of certain conditions, such as the lack of common cultural cognition, the weak cultural industrial base of the countries along the route, the lack of a sound export mechanism of foreign culture, and the imperfect system of international mutual trust, etc. There are disadvantageous factors to the cultural exchange between China and foreign countries. In this regard, we should take the initiative to explore the intersection of Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges, cultivate common cultures, promote the development of cultural industries in various countries along the route, promote the docking of cultural industries between China and foreign countries, and promote the construction of the export guarantee mechanism of China's cultural industries. Enhance the ability and level of cultural products export; actively promote the building of mutual trust system at home and abroad; strengthen Sino-foreign educational and cultural exchanges and cooperation; build regional cultural space to promote cultural exchanges and integration between China and foreign countries. Through cultural exchange, for the "Belt and Road" construction help.
