“一帶一路”文化交流的話語(yǔ)建構(gòu)與傳播

【摘要】:“一帶一路”倡議是中國(guó)面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)實(shí)格局而作出的宏大構(gòu)想,有其深刻的歷史背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。在“一帶一路”建設(shè)中,文化交流是重要行動(dòng)。本論文挑選“一帶一路”文化交流作為研究對(duì)象,并將“一帶一路”文化交流話語(yǔ)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)作為案例,分析文化交流話語(yǔ)具有的強(qiáng)大力量,特別是溝通民心的重要價(jià)值。本論文主要從四個(gè)方面展開(kāi)研究:首先,選定2013年9月至2017年3月時(shí)間段,將“一帶一路”文化交流分為官方和民間兩個(gè)版塊,同時(shí)將“一帶一路”文化交流活動(dòng)劃分為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)類、藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作類、教育合作類三個(gè)類別。其次,探討“一帶一路”文件交流的話語(yǔ)建構(gòu)!耙粠б宦贰蔽幕涣髟捳Z(yǔ)主要體現(xiàn)為倡導(dǎo)“命運(yùn)共同體”、“親誠(chéng)惠容”的理念,傳遞愛(ài)國(guó)主義的中國(guó)話語(yǔ),傳達(dá)中國(guó)式智慧等話語(yǔ)。第三,對(duì)“一帶一路”文化交流的全媒體傳播方式和品牌塑造過(guò)程進(jìn)行解析!耙粠б宦贰钡膫鞑ゾo跟時(shí)代發(fā)展,運(yùn)用了全媒體傳播,包括利用新技術(shù)VR進(jìn)行傳播,并且重視打造“一帶一路”項(xiàng)目的品牌形象。第四,探討“一帶一路”文化交流話語(yǔ)的傳播價(jià)值。“一帶一路”有助于中國(guó)突破國(guó)際局勢(shì)的圍困和國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展的瓶頸,有助于促進(jìn)互聯(lián)互通和中國(guó)國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)的提升。總而言之,中國(guó)“一帶一路”文化交流話語(yǔ)傳播的目標(biāo),即是要用世界聽(tīng)得懂的語(yǔ)言,講述獨(dú)具特色的中國(guó)故事,傳達(dá)出中國(guó)的思想,讓他國(guó)人民理解中國(guó),提升中國(guó)的國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán),在國(guó)際輿論場(chǎng)上掌握主動(dòng)權(quán),向世界展示真實(shí)的中國(guó)。在彼此的文化交流中,達(dá)成互相理解與認(rèn)同,共同發(fā)展,互惠雙贏,打造中國(guó)與“一帶一路”沿線各國(guó)的“命運(yùn)共同體”。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's initiative is a grand idea made by China in the face of the domestic and foreign reality, and has its profound historical background and realistic needs. In the construction of Belt and Road, cultural exchange is an important action. In this paper, Belt and Road is chosen as the object of study, and the practical activities of the discourse of cultural exchange are taken as a case study to analyze the powerful force of cultural exchange discourse, especially the important value of communicating people's feelings. This paper mainly carries out the research from four aspects: first, select the period from September 2013 to March 2017, divide the cultural exchange of "Belt and Road" into two sections: official and folk. At the same time, the cultural exchange activities of Belt and Road are divided into three categories: cultural industry, artistic creation and educational cooperation. Secondly, it discusses the discourse construction of the document exchange of Belt and Road. Belt and Road's cultural exchange discourse is mainly embodied in advocating the concept of "community of destiny", "pro-sincerity and favor", transmitting patriotic Chinese discourse, conveying Chinese wisdom and so on. Thirdly, the whole media communication mode and brand shaping process of Belt and Road cultural exchange are analyzed. Belt and Road's communication keeps up with the development of the times, using the whole media communication, including using the new technology VR to spread, and attaching importance to building the brand image of the "Belt and Road" project. Fourth, discuss the communication value of Belt and Road's cultural exchange discourse. Belt and Road helps China break through the siege of the international situation and the bottleneck of domestic development, and promote the interconnection and the promotion of China's international discourse power. In a word, the goal of Chinese "Belt and Road" cultural exchange and discourse communication is to tell a unique Chinese story in a language that the world can understand, to convey Chinese ideas, and to let other people understand China. Promote China's international discourse, hold the initiative in international public opinion, and show the real China to the world. In the process of cultural exchange, we should reach mutual understanding and recognition, develop together, benefit and win each other, and build a "destiny community" between China and other countries along "Belt and Road".
