【摘要】：當(dāng)前,受主要出口市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇緩慢、國(guó)際外貿(mào)環(huán)境不確定因素增多、紡織服裝企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本提升、出口商品價(jià)格下跌和紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)及產(chǎn)品跨梯度轉(zhuǎn)移等綜合因素影響,我國(guó)紡織服裝出口貿(mào)易出現(xiàn)量?jī)r(jià)齊跌并呈逐步擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì)。本文在分析我國(guó)紡織服裝出口貿(mào)易基礎(chǔ)之上,探討目前我國(guó)紡織服裝貿(mào)易出口所面臨的的困境,并從培育紡織服裝技術(shù)和戰(zhàn)略管理型人才、加快行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和綠色制造體系建設(shè)、緊抓"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇、加強(qiáng)行業(yè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)突破等方面,提出破解當(dāng)前困境措施,以推進(jìn)我國(guó)紡織強(qiáng)國(guó)目標(biāo)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:At present, affected by the slow recovery of the major export market economy, the increasing uncertainties in the international foreign trade environment, the rising production costs of textile and garment enterprises, the decline in export commodity prices and the transgradient transfer of textile industry and products, China's textile and clothing export trade volume prices fell and gradually expanded. Based on the analysis of China's textile and clothing export trade, this paper probes into the difficulties that China's textile and clothing export is facing, and from the aspects of cultivating textile and garment technology and strategic management talents, speeding up the construction of industry standards and green manufacturing system. Grasping the strategic opportunity of "Belt and Road" and strengthening the breakthrough of key technology in the industry, the paper puts forward some measures to solve the current predicament in order to promote the goal construction of China's textile power.
