【摘要】：作為國家戰(zhàn)略行業(yè),新聞出版業(yè)的發(fā)展涉及國家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、國家安全和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和政治地位的提升中起著舉足輕重的作用。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)和一帶一路國家戰(zhàn)略的大背景下,清晰掌握全國及各地新聞出版業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,建立一套行之有效的發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,全面測(cè)度其發(fā)展規(guī)律,對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的制定、調(diào)整和實(shí)施具有重要作用。本論文分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分:緒言。具體介紹選題背景、研究目的、意義,提出論文的研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分:新聞出版業(yè)發(fā)展理論基礎(chǔ)和文獻(xiàn)綜述。對(duì)新聞出版業(yè)及對(duì)其發(fā)展的理解進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了內(nèi)涵的界定。分析了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究現(xiàn)狀并進(jìn)行了與本論文研究思路的對(duì)比分析和總結(jié)。最后從外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)層面對(duì)我國新聞出版業(yè)的發(fā)展驅(qū)動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行了剖析。第三部分:新聞出版業(yè)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)思想。這部分通過幾種國際經(jīng)典產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析模型對(duì)將要構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)做出理論鋪墊,為指標(biāo)的選擇和確定做出合理的邏輯解釋。第四部分:新聞出版業(yè)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建。這也是本文的重點(diǎn)和核心部分。在科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、導(dǎo)向性等基本原則的指導(dǎo)下,分析確定每一個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),從一級(jí)指標(biāo)、二級(jí)指標(biāo)到三級(jí)指標(biāo),嚴(yán)格遵循指標(biāo)的合理性和可獲得性。根據(jù)業(yè)內(nèi)資深人士的反饋,用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)的權(quán)重并進(jìn)行了指標(biāo)的一致性檢驗(yàn),以科學(xué)定量的方式得出每個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。第五部分:不足與展望。
[Abstract]:As a national strategic industry, the development of the press and publishing industry involves the national competitiveness, national security and the realization of the strategic goal, which plays an important role in the national economic development and the promotion of political status. Against the background of the new normal of economic development and Belt and Road's national strategy, the author clearly grasps the current situation of the development of the press and publication industry in the whole country and all over the country, establishes a set of effective development evaluation index system, and measures its development law in an all-round way. For industrial policy formulation, adjustment and implementation of an important role. This paper is divided into five parts. Part one: introduction. This paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, and puts forward the research methods and innovation points. The second part: the theoretical basis and literature review of the development of the press and publication industry. This paper expounds the news publishing industry and its development in detail, and defines the connotation of the evaluation index system. This paper analyzes the current situation of the evaluation index system of the development of cultural industry at home and abroad, and makes a comparative analysis and summary with the research ideas of this paper. Finally, it analyzes the driving factors of the development of China's press and publishing industry from the external environment and enterprise level. The third part: the design idea of the index system of the development of press and publication industry. In this part, several international classical industrial economic analysis models are used to lay a theoretical foundation for the indicators to be constructed, and to make a reasonable logical explanation for the selection and determination of the indicators. The fourth part: the construction of the evaluation index system for the development of the press and publication industry. This is also the focus of this article and the core part. Under the guidance of the basic principles of science, systematicness and guidance, this paper analyzes and determines every evaluation index, from the first grade index, the second grade index to the third grade index, and strictly follows the rationality and availability of the index. According to the feedback of the senior personages in the industry, the weight of each index is determined by AHP and the consistency of the index is tested, and the weight coefficient of each index is obtained by scientific and quantitative way. The fifth part: deficiency and prospect.
