【摘要】：滿洲里是我國北方重要的邊境口岸城市,隨著"一帶一路"和"中蒙俄經(jīng)濟走廊"國家戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的深入實施,滿洲里的區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略地位得到進一步提升。在新的宏觀背景情勢之下,確有必要在國家戰(zhàn)略框架內(nèi)重新審視和確立滿洲里市的戰(zhàn)略地位,研究滿洲里未來在構(gòu)建中蒙俄經(jīng)濟走廊重要節(jié)點城市過程中空間發(fā)展的可能趨勢以及重要節(jié)點的專業(yè)化識別,進而探討滿洲里及周邊區(qū)域空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和保障實施空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的政策措施建議。
[Abstract]:Manzhouli is an important border port city in the north of China. With the implementation of "Belt and Road" and "China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor", the regional strategic position of Manzhouli has been further promoted. In the new macro context, it is necessary to re-examine and establish the strategic position of Manzhouli City within the framework of the national strategy. To study the possible trend of spatial development in the process of building the important node cities in the Sino-Mongolian and Russian economic corridor in the future and the specialized identification of the important nodes in Manchuria. Then it discusses the space development strategy of Manzhouli and its surrounding areas and the policy and measures to ensure the implementation of space development strategy.
