文章摘要:目的:了解梅州市學(xué)齡前兒童心理行為問題的發(fā)生情況,及其與家庭教養(yǎng)行為的關(guān)系。方法:采取整群隨機抽樣的方法,利用《幼兒心理衛(wèi)生問題篩查問卷》《3~6歲兒童家庭養(yǎng)育環(huán)境量表》和一般情況調(diào)查表對梅州市10所幼兒園的924例學(xué)齡前兒童進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:學(xué)齡前心理行為問題發(fā)生率為15.9%。獨生子女兒童心理行為問題檢出率高于非獨生子女(P〈0.05)。無心理行為問題的學(xué)齡前兒童家庭教養(yǎng)行為總得分高于有心理行為問題的兒童,比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P〈0.001)。學(xué)齡前兒童心理行為問題在不同的語言/認(rèn)知信息、情感溫暖/自我表達、社會適應(yīng)/自理、活動多樣性/游戲參與、環(huán)境氣氛5個家庭教養(yǎng)行為因子上存在差異(P〈0.001)。學(xué)齡前兒童心理行為在家庭教養(yǎng)行為因素中的Logistic回歸分析顯示:家庭教養(yǎng)行為中語言/認(rèn)知信息、情感溫暖/自我表達、活動多樣性/游戲參與是影響學(xué)齡前兒童心理行為問題發(fā)生的獨立危險因素。結(jié)論:學(xué)齡前兒童心理行為問題檢出率較高,兒童行為問題較為突出;兒童家庭教養(yǎng)行為與學(xué)齡前兒童心理行為問題的發(fā)生密切相關(guān),家庭教養(yǎng)行為中語言/認(rèn)知信息、情感溫暖/自我表達、活動多樣性/游戲參與是影響學(xué)齡前兒童心理行為問題發(fā)生的獨立危險因素。
Abstr:Objective:To investigate the occurrence status of psychological behavior problems among preschool children and explore the relationship between children's psychological behavior problems and family upbringing.Method:In this investigation,924 preschool children in 10 kindergartens of Meizhou were rated by their teachers and parents,using the Children's Mental Health Screening Questionnaire,3 to 6 Years Child Home Nurture Environment Questionnaire and a general questionnaire.Result:The occurrence rate of preschool mental behavior problems was 15.9%.The detection rate of children's psychological and behavioral problems of the only child was higher than that of the non only child.The total score of parenting behavior of the preschool children without psychological behavior problems was higher than that of the children with psychological and behavioral problem,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.001).There were differences of psychological behavior problems of preschool children in different linguistic/cognitive information,emotional warmth/self expression,social adaptation/self-care,diversity of activities/game participation and environmental atmosphere which included in the 5 parenting behavior factors(P〈0.001).The logistic regression analysis showed that language/cognitive information,emotional warmth/self expression and activity diversity/game participation were the independent risk factors which impacted the psychological behavior of preschool children.Conclusion:The detection rate of psychological and behavioral problems in preschool children is high,the problem is prominent.Parenting behavior is closely related to the occurrence of psychological behavior problems of preschool children.Language/cognitive information,emotional warmth/self expression an
