摘要:
為了對(duì)蘇丹項(xiàng)目中資企業(yè)員工不安全行為心理進(jìn)行研究,在安全行為模型理論、心理測(cè)量學(xué)及安全行為心理測(cè)量方法的基礎(chǔ)上,首先編寫了不安全行為心理測(cè)量初步檢測(cè)量表,包括8個(gè)分量表共計(jì)754條指標(biāo);經(jīng)初步刪改完善后,篩選155項(xiàng)不安全心理指標(biāo)組成綜合量表,進(jìn)行實(shí)測(cè)以計(jì)算信度和效度;隨后,對(duì)蘇丹中資企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行全方位不安全行為心理測(cè)量和分析。結(jié)果表明,與國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)員工不安全心理誘發(fā)因素的明顯區(qū)別是:蘇丹社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩,以及風(fēng)俗文化差異、水土不服、對(duì)家人的思念、孤獨(dú)感等對(duì)不安全行為心理影響較大。此次不安全行為心理測(cè)量結(jié)果反映了類似蘇丹這樣社會(huì)動(dòng)亂國(guó)家和地區(qū)的中資企業(yè)員工不安全行為心理因素基本構(gòu)成。
The paper is to introduce a simulated unsafe behavior psychological test for Chinese enterprise employees in Sudan. It not only involves the due inherent psychological factors, but also takes into account some safety behavior psychological measurement methods and external causes in accordance with the previous human safety behavior modes as well as the psychometric indicators. The setting of the test is expected to include 8 subscales plan 754 indexes. In a preliminary human safety behavior psychometric data analysis, we have chosen 155 more important psychological indicators of unsafe behavior, including the personality and characters, psychological test scales. And, then, after the actual calculation of scale reliability and validity, we have decided the full range of unsafe behavior and psychological measurement and analysis of these employees. And, as a following step, we have established the strategies for future similar security management as to the decision-making basis and psychological measurement cases. Last of all, such tests should also include some other high social risks faced by the employees of the China state-funded enterprises in safety behavior management so as to find a basic data and information guide for reference.
