印度尼西亞IT行業(yè)“Y”代員工的工作幸福感

  近年來,學者們開始重視有關(guān)工作領(lǐng)域幸福感的研究,這是工作幸福的基礎(chǔ)。已有研究表明,工作領(lǐng)域幸福感可以正向預(yù)測員工的工作滿意度、工作表現(xiàn),也可以負向預(yù)測工作倦怠和離職意愿。因此,近來很多公司考慮將工作幸福感應(yīng)用到人力資源發(fā)展中以提高生產(chǎn)力。以往有關(guān)土耳其的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),X代員工比Y代員工更幸福。來自印度尼西亞的數(shù)據(jù)也表明,年輕員工(21-25歲)的工作幸福感最低,這些員工主要分布在IT行業(yè),貿(mào)易行業(yè)和傳媒行業(yè)。研究的目的是想了解Y代員的工作心里狀況是否有幸福感。本研究采用量化方法和質(zhì)性方法,以304名來自日惹市的員工為研究對象,分析印度尼西亞IT行業(yè)中Y代員工的工作幸福感狀況,探索員工工作幸福感的影響因素。研究結(jié)果表明,87%的印度尼西亞IT行業(yè)中Y代員工在工作中感到幸福,高于以往研究所得出的71%幸福比例。同時,研究考察了性別、年齡、婚姻狀況與職業(yè)地位對工作幸福感的影響。相比女性,男性報告了更高的幸福感;30-35歲員工,相比其它年齡段,報告了更高的幸福感;已婚員工比未婚員工在工作中更幸福。然而,職業(yè)地位對Y代員工的工作幸福感影響不明顯。工作幸福感對印度尼西亞IT員工具有重要意義,可以內(nèi)化...
