基層員工的自我效能對(duì)工作績(jī)效的影響研究

  自我效能作為心理資本的重要維度之一,已經(jīng)得到了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者的廣泛關(guān)注。本文研究了基層員工自我效能各個(gè)維度和工作績(jī)效各個(gè)維度的關(guān)系。本文通過實(shí)證研究來考察基層員工自我效能和工作績(jī)效的關(guān)系,研究中用到的分析方法有:描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量分析、相關(guān)性分析和回歸分析。研究得出如下結(jié)論:一、基層員工,自我效能包含四個(gè)維度:職業(yè)任務(wù)效能感、應(yīng)激能力效能感、認(rèn)知與發(fā)展效能感、身心調(diào)控效能感。二、職業(yè)任務(wù)效能感變量與任務(wù)績(jī)效之間存在線性回歸關(guān)系,但與關(guān)系績(jī)效不存在線性回歸關(guān)系;應(yīng)激能力效能感變量與任務(wù)績(jī)效和關(guān)系績(jī)效之間不存在線性回歸關(guān)系;認(rèn)知與發(fā)展效能感變量與任務(wù)績(jī)效之間存在線性回歸關(guān)系,與關(guān)系績(jī)效之間也存在線性回歸關(guān)系;身心調(diào)控效能感與任務(wù)績(jī)效之間存在線性回歸關(guān)系,與關(guān)系績(jī)效之間也存在線性回歸關(guān)系;三、員工自我效能與工作績(jī)效呈正向關(guān)系。即在影響工作績(jī)效的其他因素處于同一水平時(shí),自我效能越高的基層員工,其工作績(jī)效會(huì)越高。
