本文關(guān)鍵詞：人格與人際沖突處理方式的關(guān)系研究，由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。

【摘要】：沖突在生活中無處不在。由于人格的不同,不同的人傾向于采用不同的沖突處理方式。根據(jù)Ma Crae與Costa對人格的理論研究,人格包含五個要素:開放性,盡責性,外向性,宜人性和神經(jīng)質(zhì)�；谄湮宕笕烁衲Ｐ�,Ma Crae與Costa開發(fā)了五大人格量表用于測量人格特質(zhì)。Rahim與Bonoma基于雙因素模型提出五大沖突處理方式,Rahim還開發(fā)設(shè)計了交際沖突量表用來研究人們傾向于哪種沖突處理方式。鑒于該兩份量表的高信度和高效度,本研究用它們分別來測量被測的人格特質(zhì)和沖突處理方式傾向。通過分析203份有效問卷,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,被測在盡責性和開放性人格方面表現(xiàn)明顯;第二,被測傾向于選擇整合式和妥協(xié)式?jīng)_突處理方式,即合作型方式比非合作型方式更受歡迎;第三,沖突處理方式和部分人格特質(zhì)有或正或負的相關(guān)性。整合式與開放性、盡責性、外向性和宜人性成正相關(guān),與神經(jīng)質(zhì)成負相關(guān);支配式與開放性、盡責性和宜人性成負相關(guān);順從式與開放性和盡責性成負相關(guān),而回避式與盡責性成正相關(guān)。折中式與五大人格特質(zhì)沒有相關(guān)趨勢。在討論部分,筆者從民族文化、個性特征的不同角度闡釋結(jié)果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)可以指導(dǎo)個人、培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)及公司認識人格對沖突處理方式的影響,以便其培訓(xùn)員工選擇最有效的方式處理人際沖突。
