自主性、自發(fā)性思維游移與學業(yè)情緒的關系

【摘要】:思維游移是當個體的注意力從當前主要任務或外部任務中脫離,并指向內部生成的思考和想法的心理過程和狀態(tài)。但研究者在要求被試進行主動和被動的思維游移報告的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),思維游移存在可以被意識和控制的成分。研究者根據個體的控制或者意識參與程度將這兩種類型賦予了可操作化的名稱:自主性思維游移(Mind wandering:Deliberately)和自發(fā)性思維游移(Mind wandering:Spontaneously)。本文首先對自主性、自發(fā)性思維游移量表的中文版進行了修訂,該量表包括兩個分量表:自主性思維游移量表(MW-D)和自發(fā)性思維游移量表(MW-S)?傮w量表和兩個分量表的信效度良好,適合用于中國學生。使用自主性、自發(fā)性思維游移量表,以及中學生學業(yè)情緒量表,調查了375名中學生。將自主性思維游移和自發(fā)性思維游移做了區(qū)分,考察兩種思維游移對學業(yè)情緒的影響的差異。結果表明:1)自主性思維游移與積極學業(yè)情緒總體呈正相關,但是無法預測積極學業(yè)情緒,自主性思維游移對學業(yè)情緒不存在預測作用。2)自發(fā)性思維游移與積極學業(yè)情緒總體負相關,與消極學業(yè)情緒總體正相關,自主性思維游移能夠抑制積極學業(yè)情緒,預測消極學業(yè)情緒。
[Abstract]:The shift of thinking is the psychological process and state of the individual's attention from the current main task or the external task and pointing to the thought and thought of the internal generation. But the researchers found in the course of asking the participants to take active and passive thought-shifting reports that the thought-shifting presence can be recognized and controlled. The researchers assigned these two types to an operable name based on the individual's control or the degree of awareness: This paper first revised the Chinese version of the self-contained, spontaneous-thinking-shift scale, which includes two component tables: the autonomous-thinking-shift scale (MW-D) and the spontaneous-thinking-shift scale (MW-S). The overall scale and the two component tables have good validity and are suitable for Chinese students. A total of 375 middle school students were investigated by using the self-determination, the self-thinking swim-shift scale, and the middle school students' academic emotion scale. The difference of the influence of the two kinds of thinking to the academic emotion was studied by the distinction between the self-thinking and the spontaneous thinking. The results showed that:1) The movement of the autonomous thinking was positively related to the positive academic mood, but it was not possible to predict the positive academic mood, and the self-independent thinking of thinking did not play a predictive role in the academic emotion.2) The spontaneous thinking movement was negatively related to the positive academic mood. It is positively related to the negative academic emotion, and the self-thinking movement can restrain the positive academic emotion and predict the negative academic emotion.
