At the same time, the conclusion was taken as the factual basis. The specific results of this study are as follows: (1) the social support of lesbians mainly comes from the support of friends. There are significant differences in the educational level of perceived social support, and there is no significant difference in whether there is no significant difference in the only child. (2) the overall level of self-efficacy of lesbians was high, and there were significant differences in income level and coming out of the cabinet, while there was no significant difference in self-efficacy of lesbians in terms of age, educational level, work nature and the role of same-sex relationship. (3) the average score of anxiety and depression of lesbians was about the critical value, and the average score of anxiety and depression in the subjects with depression was higher than that in the subjects with anxiety. There were significant differences in the total score of anxiety and depression between age and depression, and there were significant differences in the total score of anxiety and depression in different income levels, and there were significant differences in the total score of depression and no significant difference in anxiety among the educational level and the role of homosexuality. (4) there was a significant positive correlation between social support and self-efficacy, a significant negative correlation between social support and anxiety and depression, and a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and mental health. (5) Social support and self-efficacy of lesbians can effectively predict mental health. (6) self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the influence of lesbians' social support on self-efficacy.
