中國雙薪夫婦的平等性別角色態(tài)度與婚姻質(zhì)量的關(guān)系

【摘要】:從20世紀(jì)70年代開始,學(xué)者們對(duì)性別差異研究的重點(diǎn)就開始由生理性別差異研究逐漸過渡到性別角色差異研究。個(gè)體對(duì)于男性或女性合適的角色行為表現(xiàn)所持的一種態(tài)度,即對(duì)于男性或女性在后天社會(huì)文化中所形成的性別角色的看法、感受與評(píng)價(jià)就是性別角色態(tài)度。目前學(xué)界較為一致的描述性別角色態(tài)度的維度是一端為現(xiàn)代的、平等的,另一端為傳統(tǒng)的、不平等的。性別角色態(tài)度影響著兩性在社會(huì)情境中的行為活動(dòng)的多個(gè)方面。雙薪夫婦是指夫妻雙方都有工作和穩(wěn)定收入的群體,本研究基于中國雙薪家庭的快速增多和兩性間的性別角色態(tài)度的不斷變化的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,主要檢驗(yàn)雙薪夫妻性別角色態(tài)度的差異以及其如何影響婚姻質(zhì)量:不同性別角色態(tài)度如何影響配偶支持以及配偶支持在性別角色態(tài)度對(duì)婚姻質(zhì)量影響過程中的中介作用。簡而言之,即探討中國雙薪夫妻的性別角色態(tài)度差異,以及其性別角色態(tài)度、配偶支持和婚姻質(zhì)量之間的關(guān)系。首先采用反應(yīng)/不反應(yīng)聯(lián)想任務(wù),從內(nèi)隱社會(huì)認(rèn)知視角出發(fā),通過考察雙薪夫婦被試對(duì)自我及兩性與家庭、工作兩種角色之間的內(nèi)隱聯(lián)結(jié)偏向,以了解雙薪夫婦在婚姻關(guān)系中性別角色態(tài)度的整體特征,應(yīng)用SPSS19.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)錄入和管理。然后從這些夫婦被試中,邀請(qǐng)了四對(duì)性別角色態(tài)度組合不同的夫妻進(jìn)行深度訪談,通過錄音將訪談內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)化成文本,再對(duì)文本進(jìn)行質(zhì)性分析。最后,用問卷調(diào)查方法,采用簡版性別角色態(tài)度量表(SESRA-S),親密關(guān)系支持評(píng)定量表(SIRRS)以及中國人婚姻質(zhì)量問卷(CMQI)并通過運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析、回歸分析以及行動(dòng)者-同伴互依模型(APIM)等進(jìn)行量化分析。本研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)自我概念中,相比工作角色,女性對(duì)家庭角色的認(rèn)同度更高;相比女性被試,男性被試對(duì)工作角色認(rèn)同度更高。(2)兩性角色概念中,男、女被試均更認(rèn)同女性的家庭角色,且男性被試比女性被試更傾向認(rèn)同女性家庭角色。(3)男、女被試在自我概念和兩性概念中,對(duì)家庭的角色的認(rèn)同度均高于工作角色。(4)雙薪夫婦中,丈夫的性別角色態(tài)度比妻子更不平等;且個(gè)體的性別角色態(tài)度負(fù)向影響自身感知的配偶支持及婚姻質(zhì)量;個(gè)體的配偶支持正向影響自身的婚姻質(zhì)量。(5)丈夫的性別角色態(tài)度可以負(fù)向預(yù)測自身及妻子的婚姻質(zhì)量,妻子的性別角色態(tài)度僅可負(fù)向預(yù)測自身的婚姻質(zhì)量。(6)丈夫感知的配偶支持部分中介自身性別角色態(tài)度和婚姻質(zhì)量,完全中介妻子的婚姻質(zhì)量。(7)妻子感知的配偶支持部分中介自身性別角色態(tài)度和婚姻質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Since 70's of 20th century, the focus of scholars on gender difference has been gradually transferred from physiological gender difference to gender role difference. An individual's attitude towards the behavior of appropriate roles for men or women, that is, the perception and evaluation of gender roles formed by men or women in acquired social culture, is the attitude of gender roles. At present, the dimensions describing gender role attitudes are modern, equal on one side and traditional and unequal on the other. Gender role attitudes affect many aspects of the behavior of both sexes in the social context. This study is based on the rapid growth of double-paid families in China and the changing attitudes towards gender roles between the sexes, which is based on the fact that both couples have a job and a stable income. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the differences in gender roles and attitudes of double-paid couples and how they affect marital quality, and how different gender-role attitudes affect spouse support and the intermediary role of spouse support in the process of gender-role attitudes affecting marital quality. In short, it is to explore the differences of gender roles and attitudes between Chinese couples and their gender roles, and the relationship between their attitudes to gender roles, spouse support and marital quality. First of all, from the perspective of implicit social cognition, from the perspective of implicit social cognition, the implicit association bias between the self, gender and family, and between the roles of work and the two roles was investigated by using the task of reaction / non-reaction association, and from the perspective of implicit social cognition. In order to understand the overall characteristics of gender role attitude in marriage relationship, SPSS19.0 was used for data entry and management. From these couples, four couples with different gender roles and attitudes were invited to conduct in-depth interviews. The content of the interview was translated into text by recording, and then qualitative analysis of the text was carried out. Finally, with the method of questionnaire, the simplified gender role attitude scale (SESRA-S), the intimate relationship support scale (SIRRS) and the Chinese marital quality questionnaire (CMQI) were used and the correlation analysis was carried out. Regression analysis and actor-peer interdependence model (APIM) were used for quantitative analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) in self-concept, women's recognition of family role is higher than that of work role; (2) in the concept of gender roles, both male and female subjects were more likely to identify with female family roles, and male subjects were more likely to identify with female family roles than female participants. (3) males, male subjects were more likely to identify with female family roles than female participants. (2) male subjects were more likely to identify with female family roles than female participants. In the self-concept and gender concept, the female subjects' identity to the family role was higher than that of the work role. (4) the gender role attitude of the husband was more unequal than that of the wife in the double-wage couples, and the gender-role attitude of the husband was more unequal than that of the wife. And the individual's gender role attitude negatively affects their perceived spouse support and marital quality. Individual spouse support positively affects their marital quality. (5) husband's gender role attitude can negatively predict their own and wife's marital quality. The wife's gender role attitude can only negatively predict their marital quality. (6) the husband's perceived spouse supports some mediating their own gender role attitude and marital quality. (7) the wife's perceived spouse supports part of the sex role attitude and marital quality of the wife.
