【摘要】：目的探討大學(xué)生手機成癮傾向與述情障礙的關(guān)系,為采取手機依賴癥狀干預(yù)和調(diào)節(jié)措施提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用大學(xué)生手機成癮傾向量表(MPATS)和多倫多述情障礙量表(TAS-20),對整群隨機抽取的611名長春市某3所高校大學(xué)生進行測查。結(jié)果各年級學(xué)生手機成癮傾向差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=5.409,P0.05);述情障礙得分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=0.331,P0.05)。不同性別、是否為獨生子女大學(xué)生述情障礙得分差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t值分別為1.270,-0.195,P值均0.05);不同性別大學(xué)生突顯行為、社交撫慰差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t值分別為2.186,2.175,P值均0.05);是否為獨生子女大學(xué)生突顯行為、心境改變得分差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t值分別為2.150,2.175,P值均0.05)。大學(xué)生述情障礙各維度與手機成癮傾向各維度均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.882~0.124,P值均0.01)。情緒識別障礙和外向性思維對手機成癮傾向有預(yù)測作用(β值分別為0.406,0.127,P值均0.01)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生述情障礙與手機成癮傾向呈正相關(guān),述情障礙是預(yù)測手機成癮傾向的重要因素。減輕大學(xué)生述情障礙狀況可減少其對手機成癮的傾向。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between mobile phone addiction tendency and alexithymia in college students, and to provide theoretical basis for intervention and regulation of mobile phone dependence symptoms. Methods the mobile phone addiction tendency scale (MPATS) and Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS-20) were used to test 611 college students randomly selected from three universities in Changchun. Results there was a significant difference in mobile phone addiction tendency among students of different grades (F = 5.409, P 0.05), while there was no significant difference in alexithymia score (F = 0.331, P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of alexithymia between the two sexes (t = 1.270, P = 0.195, P < 0.05). There were significant differences in salient behavior and social comfort among college students of different sexes (t = 2.186, P = 2.175, P < 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in mood change scores between only-child and only-child college students (t = 2.150,2.175, P < 0.05). All dimensions of alexithymia in college students were positively correlated with those of mobile phone addiction (r = 0.882 and 0.124, P < 0.01). Emotional recognition disorder and extroversion thought had predictive effects on mobile phone addiction tendency (尾 = 0.406, 0.127, P < 0.01). Conclusion alexithymia is positively correlated with mobile phone addiction tendency in college students. Alexithymia is an important factor in predicting mobile phone addiction tendency. Reducing alexithymia among college students may reduce their tendency to become addicted to mobile phones.
