某高校大學生認知疲勞日變化趨勢研究

【摘要】:目的測量大學生一天中認知疲勞的變化趨勢,為促進大學生身心健康提供參考。方法對33名備戰(zhàn)考研的淮南師范學院大四學生進行智力測驗和氣質(zhì)類型測驗,在一天中10個不同的時間點上統(tǒng)一進行認知疲勞成績的測定。結(jié)果上午時段中,譯碼成績最低為7:30(34.75±7.33),最高為11:20(51.90±10.56);下午時段中,譯碼成績最低為18:20(46.75±8.97),最高為16:20(53.60±9.50)。在上午學習時間內(nèi)(7:30—11:20),認知疲勞度逐漸降低;在下午學習時間內(nèi)(14:20—18:20),認知疲勞度先低后高;高智商組在每一測試時段的譯碼測驗成績均高于低智商組,并且高智商組被試認知疲勞變化趨勢相對于低智商組更為平緩;膽汁質(zhì)組被試在每一測試時段的譯碼測驗成績均高于其他3組被試,多血質(zhì)組一天之中波動幅度變化最為平緩,抑郁質(zhì)組被試一天之中波動幅度變化最為顯著。結(jié)論認知疲勞高低水平起伏變化受自然時間點、智力水平、氣質(zhì)類型影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the trend of cognitive fatigue of college students in one day, and to provide reference for promoting the physical and mental health of college students. Methods 33 senior students of Huainan normal University were tested with intelligence test and temperament type test, and the scores of cognitive fatigue were measured at 10 different time points in one day. Results in the morning period, the lowest decoding result was 7:30 (34.75 鹵7.33) and the highest was 11:20 (51.90 鹵10.56). In the afternoon period, the lowest decoding result was 18:20 (46.75 鹵8.97) and the highest was 16:20 (53.60 鹵9.50). During the morning study time (7: 30-11: 20), cognitive fatigue gradually decreased, and in the afternoon study time (14: 20-18: 20), cognitive fatigue decreased first and then increased. The results of decoding test in the high IQ group were higher than those in the low IQ group, and the tendency of cognitive fatigue in the high IQ group was more mild than that in the low IQ group. The results of decoding test in bile group were higher than those in the other three groups in each test period. The fluctuation amplitude of blood group was the most gentle in one day, and the fluctuation amplitude of suppressive tum group was the most significant in one day. Conclusion the fluctuation of cognitive fatigue level is affected by natural time point, intelligence level and temperament type.
