[Abstract]:Hoarding disorder is a kind of independent mental illness, which is caused by excessive collection and the inability to discard worthless items, which results in the disorder of household items, thus affecting normal life and leading to a series of psychological and behavioral disorders. With the release of DSM-V, hoarding obstacles have gradually attracted the attention of domestic scholars. Previous studies have found that hoarders have certain cognitive deficiencies. The researchers believe that behavior exhibits a close relationship with the ability of cognitive categorization, such as the accumulation of objects, the pain of discarding objects, and the over-acquisition of objects. The results of cognitive classification show that cognitive classification is affected by many factors. In the first experiment, 65 undergraduates and postgraduates of Guizhou normal University were used to screen college students with hoarding scale and hoarding cognitive card, which distinguished hoarding level. Then, the characteristics of hoarding behavior were measured by the traditional classification experiment paradigm, and artificial insect images, which were not easy to induce hoarding behavior, were used as stimulant materials. To investigate whether materials that are not easy to induce hoarding behavior can also trigger a similar behavior to hoarding cognitive classification. In experiment 2, 64 undergraduates and graduate students from Guizhou normal University were selected to use the pictures of household products that could lead to hoarding, and to change the correlation and presentation of the pictures. To investigate how the degree of association and the presentation of different hoarding behavior affect the performance of college students. The results of this study are as follows: (1) in the task of freely classifying the hoarding cognitive cards, the college students with higher scores by hoarding scale have more classification and less items; (2) under the task of artificial insect image classification, the cognitive classification of college students with high hoarding level took longer time, lower accuracy rate and higher anxiety level; (3) under the task of classification of daily necessities pictures, the correlation degree of the category affects the time required for the cognitive classification of college students. The higher the correlation degree, the longer the time taken, and the higher hoarding behavior level, the higher the hoarding behavior level is, the higher the correlation degree is. Classification errors are more likely to occur.
