【摘要】：目的：了解青年農(nóng)民工樂觀心理和城市適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀以及兩者之間的關(guān)系。 方法：1、在查閱大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，，結(jié)合前期訪談以及參考前人研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，采用《生活定向測(cè)驗(yàn)》和《青年農(nóng)民工城市適應(yīng)問卷》，對(duì)深圳、上海、北京、青島893名青年農(nóng)民工進(jìn)行調(diào)查；2、采用t檢驗(yàn)，F(xiàn)檢驗(yàn)，相關(guān)分析以及逐步回歸分析的方法檢驗(yàn)青年農(nóng)民工樂觀心理、城市適應(yīng)水平各自在人口學(xué)變量上的差異及其關(guān)系。 結(jié)果：（1）青年農(nóng)民工具有中等偏上的總體樂觀心理水平,具有中等程度的城市適應(yīng)水平；（2）性別、是否獨(dú)生子女、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、受教育狀況、打工年限人口學(xué)變量在青年農(nóng)民工的樂觀心理的樂觀維度、悲觀維度或總體樂觀水平上存在顯著差異；（3）家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、受教育狀況、婚姻狀況、月收入水平以及打工年限在青年農(nóng)民工城市適應(yīng)的分離型維度、彌散型維度、整合型維度、同化型維度或城市適應(yīng)總體水平上存在顯著差異；（4）青年農(nóng)民工城市適應(yīng)中的分離型維度、彌散型維度與悲觀存在正的線性相關(guān)，同化型維度、整合型維度與樂觀存在正的線性相關(guān)，即由青年農(nóng)民工的樂觀心理水平可以預(yù)測(cè)其城市適應(yīng)水平；（5）青年農(nóng)民工樂觀心理中的樂觀維度與城市適應(yīng)中的整合型、同化型維度存在正的線性相關(guān)；悲觀維度與分離型、彌散型存在正的線性相關(guān)，青年農(nóng)民工的城市適應(yīng)水平也可以用來預(yù)測(cè)其樂觀心理水平。 結(jié)論：樂觀心理與城市適應(yīng)存在相互影響的作用，樂觀心理水平高的青年農(nóng)民工能更快地適應(yīng)城市生活；城市適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)的青年農(nóng)民工，也擁有較高的樂觀心理水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the current situation of optimism and urban adaptation of young migrant workers and the relationship between them. Methods: 1. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents, combining with previous interviews and referring to the results of previous studies, using the Life orientation Test and the questionnaire for Urban adaptation of Young migrant Workers, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing, 893 young migrant workers in Qingdao were investigated. 2. T test, F test, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to examine the difference and relationship between the demographic variables of young migrant workers and the level of urban adaptation. Results: (1) Young migrant workers had overall optimistic psychological level and medium level of urban adaptation; (2) gender, whether only child, family economic condition, education condition, working years demographics variables have significant difference in optimistic dimension, pessimistic dimension or overall optimistic level of young migrant workers; (3) the family economic status, education status, marital status, monthly income level and employment years in the urban adaptation of young migrant workers, the separation dimension, the dispersion dimension, the integration dimension; There are significant differences in assimilation dimension or urban adaptation level. (4) the separative dimension, the diffusive dimension and the pessimism positive linear correlation, the assimilation dimension, the integration dimension and the optimistic existence positive linear correlation in the young migrant workers' urban adaptation. That is, the optimistic psychological level of young migrant workers can predict the level of urban adaptation; (5) there is a positive linear correlation between the optimistic dimension in the optimistic psychology of young migrant workers and the integration and assimilation dimension in urban adaptation; There is a positive linear correlation between the pessimistic dimension and the separation type and the diffuse type. The level of urban adaptation of young migrant workers can also be used to predict their optimistic psychological level. Conclusion: there is interaction between optimism and urban adaptation. The young migrant workers with high level of optimism can adapt to urban life more quickly, and the young migrant workers with strong urban adaptability also have a higher level of optimism.
