艾森克人格特質(zhì)的靜息態(tài)fMRI多模式研究

【摘要】:目的以兒童和成人為研究對象,采用fMRI腦影像技術(shù),使用局部特性分析方法探討腦功能的局部特性與人格特質(zhì)的相關(guān)性,同時使用圖論的方法分析全腦功能連接及大腦的拓?fù)鋵傩耘c人格特質(zhì)的關(guān)系,探討fMRI數(shù)據(jù)分析方法在不同年齡樣本的人格特質(zhì)腦影像學(xué)研究中的穩(wěn)定性,為人格特質(zhì)的生物學(xué)機制及其神經(jīng)影像學(xué)發(fā)展進(jìn)程提供理論依據(jù)。方法(1)公開招募符合要求的7-15歲的兒童被試60人,16-60歲的成人被試196人,收集被試的人口學(xué)資料,采集靜息態(tài)fMRI數(shù)據(jù)及艾森克人格特質(zhì)信息。(2)基于MATLAB R2012a平臺,采用DPARSF軟件對fMRI數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理及ReHo、ALFF、fALFF等指標(biāo)運算,采用network_construction等軟件包進(jìn)行腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)指標(biāo)分析。另外采用REST V1.8軟件、SPSS 17.0軟件等對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果(1)外傾性:在本研究中,兒童和成人的外傾性得分與額葉的部分區(qū)域、雙側(cè)腦島和顳葉的部分區(qū)域等腦區(qū)的局部活動特性均存在相關(guān)性。除此之外,成人的外傾性得分還與右側(cè)楔葉、雙側(cè)梭狀回等腦區(qū)的局部活動特性存在正相關(guān)。同時,在腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點指標(biāo)的分析中,不同外傾性分組的被試在顳葉的部分區(qū)域、梭狀回、杏仁核等腦區(qū)存在顯著差異。(2)神經(jīng)質(zhì):在本研究中,兒童和成人的神經(jīng)質(zhì)得分與顳葉和枕葉部分區(qū)域的局部活動特性均存在相關(guān)性。除此之外,兒童的神經(jīng)質(zhì)得分還與右側(cè)海馬旁回的局部活動特性存在正相關(guān)。同時,在成人的腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點指標(biāo)的分析中,不同神經(jīng)質(zhì)分組的被試在顳葉的部分區(qū)域、額下回、腦島和梭狀回等腦區(qū)存在顯著差異。(3)精神質(zhì):在本研究中,兒童和成人的精神質(zhì)得分與頂葉部分區(qū)域的局部活動特性均存在相關(guān)性。除此之外,成人的精神質(zhì)得分還與內(nèi)側(cè)和旁扣帶回等區(qū)域存在正相關(guān),與眶部額下回等區(qū)域存在負(fù)相關(guān)。同時,在腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點指標(biāo)的分析中,不同精神質(zhì)分組的被試在眶部額下回、眶部額中回、前扣帶回和旁扣帶回、梭狀回、尾狀核等腦區(qū)存在顯著差異。結(jié)論艾森克人格特質(zhì)具有特定的生物學(xué)影像標(biāo)記物,主要體現(xiàn)在的額葉、顳葉、頂葉以及腦島、梭狀回等區(qū)域,本研究為艾森克人格特質(zhì)的生物學(xué)機制及其神經(jīng)影像學(xué)發(fā)展進(jìn)程提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between the local characteristics of brain function and personality traits by using fMRI brain imaging technique and local characteristic analysis. At the same time, graph theory was used to analyze the relationship between the functional connections of the whole brain and the topological attributes of the brain and personality traits, and the stability of the fMRI data analysis method in the study of brain imaging of personality traits in different age samples was discussed. To provide theoretical basis for the biological mechanism of personality traits and the development of neuroimaging. Methods (1) 60 children (7-15 years old) and 196 adults (16-60 years old) were recruited to collect the demographic data of the subjects. The rest fMRI data and Eysenck personality information were collected. (2) based on the MATLAB R2012a platform, the fMRI data were preprocessed by DPARSF software and the indexes such as ReHo,ALFF,fALFF were calculated, and the brain function network indexes were analyzed by network_construction and other software packages. In addition, REST V1.8 software and SPSS 17.0 software were used to analyze the data. Results (1) extroversion: in this study, the extroversion scores of children and adults were correlated with the local activity characteristics of some regions of the frontal lobe, bilateral islands and temporal lobes. In addition, the extroversion scores of adults were positively correlated with the local activity of the right cuneiform lobe and bilateral spindle gyrus. At the same time, there were significant differences in some areas of temporal lobe, fusiform gyrus, amygdala and other brain regions in different extroversion groups. (2) neuroticism: in this study, The neuroticism scores of children and adults were correlated with the local activity of temporal lobe and occipital lobe. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the neuroticism score and the local activity of the right parahippocampal gyrus. At the same time, there were significant differences in some areas of temporal lobe, inferior frontal gyrus, cerebral island and fusiform gyrus in different neuroticism groups in adults. (3) Psychiatry: in this study, The scores of psychoticism in children and adults were correlated with the characteristics of local activity in parietal lobe. In addition, the scores of psychoticism in adults were positively correlated with the medial and paracentorial gyrus, and negatively correlated with the orbital inferior frontal gyrus. At the same time, there were significant differences in the subfrontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, anterior cingulate gyrus and accessory cingulate gyrus, fusiform gyrus, caudate nucleus and so on. Conclusion Eysenck's personality traits have specific biological imaging markers, mainly in frontal lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe, cerebral island, fusiform gyrus and so on. This study provides a theoretical basis for the biological mechanism and neuroimaging development of Eysenck's personality traits.
