【摘要】：目的:探討監(jiān)獄警察從工作中的心理脫離對其生活滿意度的影響,以及工作家庭沖突在二者之間的作用。方法:采用心理脫離量表、工作家庭沖突量表和生活滿意度量表對河南省5所監(jiān)獄的238名監(jiān)獄警察進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:監(jiān)獄警察的心理脫離與工作-家庭沖突負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),與家庭-工作沖突相關(guān)不顯著(P0.05),與生活滿意度正相關(guān)(P0.01),工作-家庭沖突與家庭-工作沖突正相關(guān)(P0.01),且二者均與生活滿意度負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01);心理脫離顯著正向預(yù)測生活滿意度(P0.01),且心理脫離對生活滿意度的影響是通過工作-家庭沖突這一中介變量實(shí)現(xiàn)的,間接效應(yīng)為0.15,占總效應(yīng)的44%,心理脫離通過家庭-工作沖突影響生活滿意度的間接效應(yīng)不顯著。結(jié)論:從工作中的心理脫離可以顯著提高監(jiān)獄警察的生活滿意度,并且這種影響是通過工作-家庭沖突的完全中介作用實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the influence of psychological disconnection from work on the life satisfaction of prison police and the role of work-family conflict between them. Methods: 238 prison police officers in 5 prisons in Henan province were investigated with psychological disengagement scale, work-family conflict scale and life satisfaction scale. Results: there was a negative correlation between psychological disconnection and work-family conflict (P0.01), no significant correlation with family-work conflict (P0.05), and a positive correlation with life satisfaction (P0.01). Work-family conflict was positively correlated with family-work conflict (P0.01), and both were negatively correlated with life satisfaction (P0.01). The influence of psychological detachment on life satisfaction was achieved by work-family conflict, the indirect effect was 0.15, accounting for 44% of the total effect, and the psychological disconnection positively predicted life satisfaction (P0.01), and the influence of psychological disconnection on life satisfaction was achieved by work-family conflict, the indirect effect of which was 0.15, accounting for 44% of the total effect. The indirect effect of psychological disconnection on life satisfaction through family-work conflict is not significant. Conclusion: the psychological disconnection from work can significantly improve the life satisfaction of prison police officers and this effect is realized through the complete mediating role of work-family conflict.
