【摘要】：生命意義感體驗對個體身心健康有重要的影響,其相關研究也已開始受到心理學各個領域的廣泛關注。生命意義感獲得與維持的理論研究主要是包括意義感層次模型、意義感構建模型及意義感維持與流動模型。大五人格、心理模擬、積極/消極情緒和親社會行為是影響個體生命意義感體驗的主要因素。未來研究要進一步探討生命意義感產生的影響因素,完善相關的理論模型,并要從時間序列的角度探討意義感的產生過程,并對生命意義感獲得及維持的跨文化差異進行探討。
[Abstract]:Sense of life experience has an important impact on the physical and mental health of the individual, and its related research has been widely concerned in various fields of psychology. The theoretical research on the acquisition and maintenance of life sense mainly includes the level model of sense of meaning, the model of constructing sense of meaning and the model of maintenance and flow of sense of meaning. Big five personality, psychological simulation, positive / negative emotion and pro-social behavior are the main factors that affect the sense of life sense experience. In the future research, we should further explore the influencing factors of life sense, perfect the relevant theoretical model, and discuss the process of sense of meaning from the perspective of time series, and discuss the cross-cultural differences in the acquisition and maintenance of life sense of meaning.
