生涯未決—人格和決策風(fēng)格的影響機(jī)制

【摘要】:近二十年以來,職業(yè)生涯的性質(zhì)發(fā)生了巨大變化,逐漸呈現(xiàn)出動(dòng)態(tài)性、難預(yù)測(cè)性和多向性發(fā)展的特征,無邊界的職業(yè)生涯趨勢(shì)不斷加強(qiáng)。在這個(gè)不穩(wěn)定的、充滿變化的時(shí)代,生涯決策困難在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生群體中越來越普遍,如何做好人生當(dāng)中必須且重要的決策之一,是所有大學(xué)生都關(guān)注的事,目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)生涯決策中的生涯未決研究不夠全面與系統(tǒng),基于已有研究所存在的問題,本研究在中國(guó)的社會(huì)文化背景下,試從個(gè)體層面,選取在職業(yè)生涯領(lǐng)域中研究結(jié)果有所分歧但卻重要的兩個(gè)個(gè)體變量(人格、生涯決策風(fēng)格)來探討大學(xué)生的生涯未決問題,以其能補(bǔ)充當(dāng)前職業(yè)領(lǐng)域中的實(shí)證研究和理論支持。采用量化的研究方法,深入探討人格、決策風(fēng)格與生涯未決之間的關(guān)系。 本研究分為四個(gè)階段:第一階段,生涯決策風(fēng)格量表的修訂。本研究采用Gati編制的12個(gè)維度的CDMP(Career Decision-Making Profiles)決策風(fēng)格量表,量表采用回譯法翻譯成中文版,即先找?guī)讉(gè)英語(yǔ)好的研究生把英文版的量表翻譯成中文,之后對(duì)照討論其中有些異議的題目,再找英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的研究生把中文版翻譯成英文,之后討論有異議的題目。通過以上措施形成試測(cè)問卷。第二階段,預(yù)測(cè)。首先用250名學(xué)生進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)問卷調(diào)查,回收有效問卷共223份。進(jìn)行問卷的初次修訂,包括語(yǔ)句的表達(dá),文化差異題項(xiàng)的修改,之后用試測(cè)過后修訂的問卷進(jìn)行正式實(shí)測(cè)。量表包括12個(gè)維度,每個(gè)維度三個(gè)項(xiàng)目,一道熱身題目,兩個(gè)效度檢驗(yàn)題目,總共39個(gè)條目;卮鸱绞綖橥獬潭鹊7點(diǎn)計(jì)分,“1”代表非常不同意,“7”非常同意。第三階段,正式施測(cè)。在湖北省武漢市內(nèi)各個(gè)高校個(gè)地區(qū)共抽取600名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)量表進(jìn)行條目篩選、人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量上的差異和因素分析。第四階段:在確定決策風(fēng)格問卷后,制定包括人格、決策風(fēng)格、社會(huì)支持和生涯未決的一套量表,在武漢各個(gè)高校共發(fā)放300份問卷,通過相關(guān)分析、回歸分析和和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)四個(gè)變量的各個(gè)維度分別進(jìn)行了深入的探討。
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, the nature of career has undergone great changes, gradually showing the characteristics of dynamic, unpredictable and multi-directional development, and the borderless career trend is constantly strengthened. In this unstable and changing era, career decision-making difficulties are becoming more and more common among contemporary college students. How to make one of the necessary and important decisions in life is a matter of concern to all college students. At present, the research on career decision making in China is not comprehensive and systematic enough. Based on the existing research problems, this study tries to study from the individual level under the social and cultural background of China. This paper selects two individual variables (personality, career decision style), which have different results in the field of career, to explore the outstanding career problems of college students, so as to supplement the empirical research and theoretical support in the current career field. The relationship between personality, decision style and career undecided is discussed by quantitative method. This study is divided into four stages: the first stage, the revision of career decision style scale. In this study, a 12-dimensional CDMP (Career Decision-Making Profiles decision style scale was developed by Gati. The scale was translated back into Chinese, that is, several good English graduate students were selected to translate the scale into Chinese. Some of the dissenting topics were then discussed, and then the English majors were asked to translate the Chinese version into English, and then to discuss the dissenting topics. Through the above measures to form a test questionnaire. Second stage, forecast. First, 250 students were used to predict the questionnaire, and 223 valid questionnaires were collected. The first revision of the questionnaire, including the expression of the sentence, the revision of cultural differences, and then the formal measurement with the revised questionnaire after the test. The scale consists of 12 dimensions, three items per dimension, one warm-up question, two validity test questions, and a total of 39 items. The answer is a 7-point score of consent. A total of 600 college students were selected from each university area in Wuhan, Hubei province, and the items of the scale were selected, and the differences and factors of demographic variables were analyzed. The fourth stage: after determining the decision-making style questionnaire, a set of scales including personality, decision-making style, social support and career unresolved were developed. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed in Wuhan universities and colleges, and the relevant analysis was carried out. Regression analysis and structural equation model are used to analyze each dimension of the four variables.
