生涯未決—人格和決策風(fēng)格的影響機(jī)制
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, the nature of career has undergone great changes, gradually showing the characteristics of dynamic, unpredictable and multi-directional development, and the borderless career trend is constantly strengthened. In this unstable and changing era, career decision-making difficulties are becoming more and more common among contemporary college students. How to make one of the necessary and important decisions in life is a matter of concern to all college students. At present, the research on career decision making in China is not comprehensive and systematic enough. Based on the existing research problems, this study tries to study from the individual level under the social and cultural background of China. This paper selects two individual variables (personality, career decision style), which have different results in the field of career, to explore the outstanding career problems of college students, so as to supplement the empirical research and theoretical support in the current career field. The relationship between personality, decision style and career undecided is discussed by quantitative method. This study is divided into four stages: the first stage, the revision of career decision style scale. In this study, a 12-dimensional CDMP (Career Decision-Making Profiles decision style scale was developed by Gati. The scale was translated back into Chinese, that is, several good English graduate students were selected to translate the scale into Chinese. Some of the dissenting topics were then discussed, and then the English majors were asked to translate the Chinese version into English, and then to discuss the dissenting topics. Through the above measures to form a test questionnaire. Second stage, forecast. First, 250 students were used to predict the questionnaire, and 223 valid questionnaires were collected. The first revision of the questionnaire, including the expression of the sentence, the revision of cultural differences, and then the formal measurement with the revised questionnaire after the test. The scale consists of 12 dimensions, three items per dimension, one warm-up question, two validity test questions, and a total of 39 items. The answer is a 7-point score of consent. "1" means very different, "7" agrees very much. The third stage, the official test. A total of 600 college students were selected from each university area in Wuhan, Hubei province, and the items of the scale were selected, and the differences and factors of demographic variables were analyzed. The fourth stage: after determining the decision-making style questionnaire, a set of scales including personality, decision-making style, social support and career unresolved were developed. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed in Wuhan universities and colleges, and the relevant analysis was carried out. Regression analysis and structural equation model are used to analyze each dimension of the four variables.
