年輕員工群體常見的心理游戲型態(tài)及分析模式的建構(gòu)
[Abstract]:Psychological game is the theoretical basis of interaction analysis and a unique theory of interpersonal communication. Beme puts forward seven categories of psychological games, each of which is subdivided into a variety of specific types of psychological games. At the same time, Beme put forward to use formula G to identify and verify psychological games. Based on formula G, this paper explores the expression types of psychological games in the field of interpersonal interaction in the context of Chinese culture. This paper analyzes the common types of psychological games in the field of organization by using the method of loop progressive coding, and constructs an operable analysis mode to analyze the psychological games. This research adopts qualitative research method, which is divided into two parts. The first part uses literature research, expert group interview, in-depth interview and questionnaire survey to collect the relevant data of young staff in the organizational environment. Referring to the inductive orientation of schema coding, this paper analyzes the encoding of the data and explores the types of interpersonal communication in the organizational field. The second part is a deep analysis of the data, the use of situational analysis method to identify the common psychological game in the field of organization, and the use of the psychological game analysis model of the construction of each type of analysis. The frequency of each type of psychological game in various organizational forms was analyzed and discussed. In this study, the concept of psychological game is deeply analyzed based on the concept of sexual orientation, and the concept of psychological game is classified in general form, instead of identifying every specific game. In addition, this article initially constructs the psychological game analysis mode, tries to make the psychological game this qualitative concept to operate, unifies, is a arduous and has the practical significance foundation work.
