信陽市中小學教師職業(yè)幸福感與職業(yè)倦怠的關系研究

【摘要】:隨著教育改革浪潮的推進,家長對孩子教育的高度重視,教師的工作壓力也隨之增大。人們逐漸意識到教師的幸福不僅關系到教學質(zhì)量的好壞,還有可能會影響學生的學習興趣和身心健康,因此提高教師的幸福感便顯得尤為重要。得益于積極心理學的發(fā)展,我國專家學者紛紛對教師職業(yè)幸福感展開探索和研究,但研究對象多集中在東南沿海,而河南省是我國的教育大省,擁有基數(shù)龐大的教師群體,但相關研究卻少之又少,因此非常有必要對該地區(qū)教師的職業(yè)幸福感現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查。另外,工作壓力的增大容易產(chǎn)生職業(yè)倦怠,進而有可能會影響到職業(yè)幸福感,因此探索職業(yè)幸福感與職業(yè)倦怠的關系,同樣具有一定的研究意義。首先,本研究簡要回顧了職業(yè)幸福感的國內(nèi)外研究成果,并針對以往研究中存在的不足提出了具體的研究思路;其次,編制了符合中小學教師工作場景的職業(yè)幸福感量表;然后,根據(jù)自編教師職業(yè)幸福感量表和教師職業(yè)倦怠量表,考察了河南省信陽市中小學教師職業(yè)幸福感和職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀以及人口學特點,并通過相關分析和回歸分析對職業(yè)幸福感與職業(yè)倦怠的關系展開進一步研究;最后,對本次研究的結(jié)果作了簡要的討論和總結(jié)。通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計與分析,得出以下研究結(jié)論:第一,本研究編制的中小學教師職業(yè)幸福感量表,經(jīng)項目分析、驗證性因素分析和信效度檢驗后發(fā)現(xiàn),各項指標均符合心理測量學標準,可用于中小學教師職業(yè)幸福感的測量;第二,信陽市中小學教師的職業(yè)幸福感狀況較為樂觀,處于中等偏上的水平。教師職業(yè)幸福感在是否任教畢業(yè)班、年級學段、學歷、職稱和課時上存在顯著差異;第三,信陽市中小學教師的職業(yè)倦怠程度并不嚴重,處于低度倦怠的水平。教師職業(yè)倦怠在是否任教畢業(yè)班、年級學段、學歷和職稱上存在顯著差異;第四,職業(yè)倦怠及其各維度與職業(yè)幸福感呈顯著負相關;第五,職業(yè)倦怠的三個維度對職業(yè)幸福感有顯著的負向預測作用,聯(lián)合解釋了職業(yè)幸福感73.5%的變異量。
[Abstract]:With the development of educational reform, parents attach great importance to children's education, and teachers' work pressure increases. People gradually realize that the happiness of teachers is not only related to the quality of teaching, but also may affect the students' interest in learning and physical and mental health, so it is particularly important to improve the well-being of teachers. Thanks to the development of positive psychology, Chinese experts and scholars have explored and studied the professional well-being of teachers, but the research objects are mostly concentrated in the southeast coast. Henan Province is a large province of education in China, with a large number of teachers. However, there are very few studies, so it is necessary to investigate the status of teachers' occupational well-being in the region. In addition, the increase of job stress is easy to produce job burnout, which may affect occupational well-being. Therefore, exploring the relationship between job well-being and job burnout is also of certain significance. First of all, this study briefly reviews the domestic and foreign research results of occupational well-being, and puts forward specific research ideas in view of the shortcomings of previous studies. Secondly, the occupational well-being scale is compiled to meet the work situation of primary and secondary school teachers. Then, according to the teachers' occupational well-being scale and teachers' job burnout scale, the present situation and demographic characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers' job well-being and burnout in Xinyang City, Henan Province were investigated. The relationship between job well-being and job burnout was further studied by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Finally, the results of this study are briefly discussed and summarized. Through the statistics and analysis of the survey data, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the occupational well-being scale for primary and secondary school teachers developed in this study is found by item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity test. All the indexes accord with the standard of psychometrics and can be used to measure the occupational well-being of primary and middle school teachers. Second, the occupational well-being of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinyang City is optimistic. There are significant differences in teachers' professional well-being in whether to teach in graduating class, grade, academic background, title and class hours. Third, the degree of job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinyang is not serious, and it is at the low level of burnout. There are significant differences between teachers' job burnout in whether to teach in graduating class, grade, academic background and professional title. Fourth, job burnout and its dimensions are negatively correlated with occupational well-being. Fifth, the three dimensions of job burnout had a significant negative predictive effect on occupational well-being, and explained 73.5% variation of occupational well-being.
