【摘要】：目的了解低保家庭兒童的孤獨(dú)感現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為開(kāi)展困境兒童精準(zhǔn)幫扶提供參考資料。方法于2016年9—11月,使用兒童孤獨(dú)感量表對(duì)北京市15個(gè)區(qū)2 972名低保家庭兒童進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果低保家庭兒童孤獨(dú)感的檢出率為7.6%(225/2 972);男生的孤獨(dú)感水平(30.23±11.13)高于女生(28.70±10.85)(t=14.402,P=0.000);不同年齡段低保家庭兒童的孤獨(dú)感得分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=0.005,P=0.995);殘疾兒童和患病兒童的孤獨(dú)感水平(34.47±13.64,31.91±12.05)高于健康兒童(29.19±10.82)(F=13.490,P=0.000);父母雙方監(jiān)護(hù)缺失兒童的孤獨(dú)感水平(30.73±12.03)高于父母雙方正常監(jiān)護(hù)和父母一方正常監(jiān)護(hù)的兒童(29.52±10.84,28.99±10.81)(F=3.928,P=0.020)。結(jié)論低保家庭兒童的孤獨(dú)感值得關(guān)注,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注存在生理性困境和家庭監(jiān)護(hù)困境的兒童,從物質(zhì)和心理方面采取相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status quo of loneliness and its influencing factors in children with low-income families, and to provide reference materials for the development of accurate help for children in difficult situation. Methods from September to November 2016, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 972 children with low living standard in 15 districts of Beijing. Results the detection rate of loneliness was 7.6% (225 / 2972), and the loneliness level of boys (30.23 鹵11.13) was higher than that of girls (28.70 鹵10.85) (t = 14.402, P = 0.000). There was no significant difference in the scores of loneliness among the children of different age groups (F0. 005, P < 0. 995). The loneliness level of disabled children and sick children (34.47 鹵13.64 鹵31.91 鹵12.05) was higher than that of healthy children (29.19 鹵10.82) (F = 13.490). The loneliness level of children without parental custody (30.73 鹵12.03) was higher than that of children with normal parental custody and one parent (29.52 鹵10.84 鹵28.99 鹵10.81) (F 3.928 P 0.020). Conclusion the autistic feeling of the children with low living standard should be paid attention to, and the physical and psychological preventive measures should be taken.
