【摘要】：本研究對(duì)漢語閱讀障礙的加工缺陷進(jìn)行探討,期望有助于揭示語言加工的普遍性與特殊性,以及閱讀障礙的成因,并可為后期的干預(yù)提供幫助。研究采用改編的言語認(rèn)知測(cè)驗(yàn)對(duì)閱讀水平匹配組與閱讀障礙組和生理年齡匹配組進(jìn)行比較后發(fā)現(xiàn),閱讀障礙組在語音意識(shí)和正字法加工任務(wù)上的成績均明顯差于生理年齡控制組和閱讀水平匹配組;閱讀障礙組在快速命名和語音記憶任務(wù)上的成績不如生理年齡匹配組。因此,漢語發(fā)展性閱讀障礙兒童存在語音意識(shí)和正字法加工缺陷,這兩種缺陷可能是閱讀障礙兒童面臨的最主要的兩大缺陷;閱讀障礙兒童在快速命名和語音記憶上的不足可能是發(fā)展遲滯所致。同時(shí),大多數(shù)的漢語閱讀障礙兒童存在不止一種的認(rèn)知缺陷。閱讀障礙兒童在語音意識(shí)和正字法加工上存在缺陷的比例最高。
[Abstract]:This study explores the processing defects of Chinese dyslexia, which is expected to be helpful to reveal the universality and particularity of language processing, as well as the causes of dyslexia, and to provide help for later intervention. The study used the adapted speech cognitive test to compare the reading level matching group with the dyslexia group and the physiological age matching group. The scores of speech awareness and orthographic processing task in the dyslexia group were significantly worse than those in the physiological age control group and the reading level matching group. The dyslexia group was less successful in fast naming and phonetic memory tasks than in the age-matched group. Therefore, Chinese developmental dyslexia children have phonological awareness and orthographic processing defects, which may be the most important two major defects faced by children with dyslexia. The lack of rapid naming and phonological memory in children with dyslexia may be due to delayed development. At the same time, most children with Chinese dyslexia have more than one cognitive impairment. Children with dyslexia have the highest proportion of defects in phonological awareness and orthographic processing.
