道德概念垂直空間隱喻映射的雙向性

【摘要】:本研究通過四個實驗考察道德概念垂直空間隱喻的心理現(xiàn)實性及其隱喻映射的雙向性。實驗1采用啟動范式探討在無意識詞義判斷條件下道德概念垂直空間隱喻的映射方式是由始源域向目標(biāo)域方向映射,即道德是上、不道德是下。結(jié)果顯示:詞匯類型與空間位置的交互作用不顯著,被試判斷完道德概念詞匯后對隨后呈現(xiàn)在屏幕上方或下方字母的反應(yīng)時差異不顯著,道德概念詞并沒有易化相應(yīng)空間位置字母的加工。實驗2采用有意識迫選任務(wù),,繼續(xù)探討道德概念垂直空間隱喻中始源域向目標(biāo)域的映射。要求被試出聲讀出屏幕中央的道德詞或不道德詞后,在屏幕上方和下方呈現(xiàn)的希臘語非詞中選擇出哪一個與其詞義相同。結(jié)果顯示:當(dāng)被試讀出屏幕中央道德詞時會傾向于選擇屏幕上方的希臘語非詞,同樣讀出不道德詞后會更傾向于選擇屏幕下方的希臘語非詞。在有意識迫選條件下,被試傾向于認(rèn)為道德詞與上、不道德詞與下聯(lián)結(jié)更為緊密。實驗3采用啟動范式探討在空間啟動條件下道德概念垂直空間隱喻的映射是由目標(biāo)域向始源域方向進(jìn)行,即上是道德、下是不道德。結(jié)果顯示:被試做出空間上的判斷后,對隨后道德詞的詞義判斷反應(yīng)時顯著快于不道德詞,做出空間下的判斷后,不道德詞的反應(yīng)時顯著快于道德詞?臻g位置易化了相應(yīng)道德概念詞的加工。實驗4探討空間位置是否會對人物道德性的判斷產(chǎn)生影響。要求被試對呈現(xiàn)在屏幕上方或下方的中性情緒人物面孔圖片做出道德性的判斷。結(jié)果顯示:被試更傾向于認(rèn)為屏幕上方的人物是道德的,而屏幕下方的人物的不道德的?臻g位置的不同使被試對同種類型圖片中人物道德性的判斷產(chǎn)生了影響。 結(jié)果表明:(1)道德概念垂直空間隱喻具有心理現(xiàn)實性。(2)道德概念垂直空間隱喻中映射方式是靈活的、雙向的,既可以由始源域向目標(biāo)域映射,也可以由目標(biāo)域向始源域映射。
[Abstract]:The present study examines the psychological reality of the vertical spatial metaphor of moral concepts and the bidirectional nature of metaphorical mapping through four experiments. Experiment 1 uses the priming paradigm to explore the mapping of the vertical spatial metaphors of moral concepts under the condition of unconscious word meaning judgment: the mapping from the origin domain to the target domain, that is, the moral is the top and the immorality is the next. The results showed that the interaction between lexical type and spatial position was not significant, and there was no significant difference in the response of the subjects to the letters presented at the top or bottom of the screen after judging the moral concept vocabulary. Moral concept words do not facilitate the processing of corresponding spatial position letters. In experiment 2, the mapping from the origin domain to the target domain in the vertical spatial metaphor of moral concept is further explored by means of conscious forced selection task. After being asked to read out the moral or immoral words in the center of the screen, choose which of the Greek non-words at the top and bottom of the screen has the same meaning. The results showed that when the subjects read out the moral words in the center of the screen, they tended to choose the Greek non-words at the top of the screen, and the unethical words were also more likely to choose the Greek non-words at the bottom of the screen. Under the condition of conscious forced selection, the subjects tend to think that moral words are more closely related to the top and the unethical words to the lower. Experiment 3 uses the priming paradigm to explore that the mapping of vertical spatial metaphors of moral concepts under the condition of spatial priming is carried out from the target domain to the origin domain, that is, the upper is moral, the lower is immoral. The results showed that after the subjects made the spatial judgment, the reaction time of the subsequent moral words was significantly faster than that of the immoral words, and the reaction time of the immoral words was significantly faster than that of the moral words after making the spatial judgment. Spatial position facilitates the processing of corresponding moral concept words. Experiment 4 explores whether the spatial position has an effect on the moral judgment of the characters. Participants were asked to make moral judgments about the faces of neutral characters presented above or below the screen. The results showed that subjects were more likely to think that the character above the screen was moral, while the figure below the screen was immoral. The difference of spatial position influenced the moral judgment of the characters in the same type of pictures. The results show that: (1) moral concept vertical spatial metaphor has psychological reality. (2) the mapping mode of moral concept vertical spatial metaphor is flexible and bidirectional, which can be mapped from source domain to target domain. You can also map from the target domain to the source domain.
